I had friends tell me that hiring a wedding videographer was one of their best decisions when wedding planning, and I 100% agree, but hiring the RIGHT videographer is what really made this the best decision we made when planning. Right away, Ignacio was responsive and helpful while we picked out a package. He was upfront that he himself was not available for our wedding day but that he had another videographer, Nathan, that could do the job. He shared Nathan's work with us to confirm that we would be satisfied. I appreciated his transparency and communication.
Igancio connected with us about 3 weeks prior to the wedding with the details of the day and our videographer's information. From there, we were able to have a call with Nathan to go over timeline and details. We left that call feeling excited and ready for our big day!
On the day of our wedding, Nathan arrived on time (I think early actually, but I was in a bit of haze from all of the good chaos happening), introduced himself, and let me know what his plan was for getting started. He connected with our photographer, and they worked together from there. Our photographer had never worked with Nathan before but you would have thought they had worked together multiple times - everything was SO smooth, so fluid. They worked with and around each other to ensure we had the best experience. I am so grateful!
Fast forward, Ignacio delivered our video and footage via email and it was even better than I expected! Nathan captured so many details and beautiful moments of the day. I'm so grateful we can relive this day over and over and over again, AND I'm incredibly thankful we can share our video/footage with a few family members and friends who were unable to join us. Video footage of such an incredible day is truly priceless.
