Carolina, the owner of Daydream Events was so thorough, so helpful, so positive, always kept our large wedding party organized and on schedule throughout the day. From hair and makeup to first look pictures around Chicago to the venue ceremony and reception she was there facilitating it all. Carolina was always positive, reliable, professional and organized. When we asked for her expertise she shared valued experience. Her beautiful smile, warm personality, positive attitude and expertise was greatly valued by our entire wedding party and mother of the bride. Carolina's assistant was also excellent and had everything set up perfectly at our venue and throughout the evening.

We were so fortunate to have Carolina work with us for our daughter's wedding on 3/2/19. She was exceptionally organized, so professional and so loving and caring. She took away any anxiety we had dealing with vendors. It is so clear that she is well respected by all the vendors we chose to help with the wedding She had answers to all of our questions and solved every one of them. The day went without a "hitch" because of Carolina's expertise. We worked with her months before the wedding and she kept all of us on track - she thought of things that weren't even on our "radar" .. She was truly part of our family and we will miss working with her (no more children to get married.....). I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Carolina was amazing! She stepped up when our venue coordinator disappeared on us. She got there early and stayed late- and also helped us stick to the schedule including fixing my wife's dress when it got stepped on and dealing with tricky family members. She also made our day of timeline, helped us decorate and made sure we got all of the photos that we wanted. I couldn't rave about her more. Hire her if you can!

Hiring Carolina from Daydream Events was a no-brainer! I saw how calm and unfrazzled she looked during my sister’s 3 day Labor Day wedding weekend affair and knew right then that she would also be our month/day of coordinator. Carolina is resourceful (found transportation for our dog and dog sitter), prepared (has everything in her little pouch), and upbeat/positive. She and her assistants worked so well together and they really had our timeline worked out to the minute. She was always reassuring and I was able to enjoy my special day worry-free! Carolina is truly a dream to work with! I cannot say enough about how professional, organized, calming (very important for a stressed bride), creative and overall amazing she is. We had a very elaborate wedding weekend with several multi-cultural events, and she absolutely nailed it. We had so many people comment on how organized and on top of it our wedding planner was. Carolina takes everything in stride, and is there to offer advice, wisdom, solutions, and a hug when needed. We threw a lot of different suggestions, ideas and questions her way and she handled it like a breeze. I would give Carolina 10 stars if I could, she is an amazing wedding coordinator and an even better person.

I highly recommend Carolina and Daydream Events. She is an incredibly organized professional who made sure our wedding planning and the day of events were seamless and beautiful. If there were ever any glitches on the day of our wedding, we never knew. She managed communications with our vendors and was very diligent ensuring everyone was on the same page. Her detailed timeline she developed for our wedding day made things run smoothly and kept everyone on track. When I forgot something at the hotel right before the ceremony, she drove herself there, retrieved the item, and then drove herself back to the church to get it to me before I walked down the aisle. The amount of care and kindness she puts into her work is unbeatable. My parents, guests at the wedding, family members, and bridal party all commented on how wonderful Carolina was. She bustled my dress numerous times on the night of the wedding when it kept ripping. She bandaged a guest's foot after glass broke on the dance floor. She called the building engineer of our venue when the heat was too warm in the reception room. These are just a few of the things she handled with ease on the day of. And she never once gets flustered or acts remotely bothered. If you have the opportunity to work with Carolina, you will be in great hands. Smart, kind, calm, and generally cares about her clients.
