David's was one on a long list of stores I shopped for my wedding dress. While I didn't end up buying my dress there the experience was by far the best. (They ended up not having the one I fell in love with). I even came back and got all 6 of my bridesmaid dresses there. June was our consultant and she was so patient and helpful during my appointment and my girls. Would highly recommend!!!

I purchased my wedding gown, train, tiara and veil from David's bridal and was very happy with the treatment I received from their kind and very helpful staff here. I think they made the apparel process for myself and the ladies in my wedding much smoother and easier.

Wanted a cheap but elegant dress. Looked through about 12 before I found one that I loved. The sales associate was very patient and very helpful. Had a little issue with the preservation kit but they handled it very well. Great experience.

I love David's Bridal! I found my gown within the first 3 dresses. My only complaint is that after ALL of the money that you spend on your gown, they make you pay for a gown bag. I think that is ridiculous....other than that, wonderful experience with great staff members!

I found the right dress. However they did not have the right undergarments to go with the dress which reuired me to drag my dress all over town looking for the right undergarments.

Horrible customer service and return policy.

Such poor service. I made the appointment about 2 weeks beforehand. Went in and met with my bridal attendant. She went and picked out dresses after I told her what kind of dress I was looking for, went to go try on the first one, and she disappears. She went up front and had another bride she was helping. So, now two brides are trying on dresses, and they page her to the front. She we are both left wandering trying to figure out what is going on.

It took forever to just try on 4 dresses. Was not worth the effort trying to track her down to have her pull a dress for me, get into it, and then, she was gone again. 20 mins later, she pops back up, ask if I like it and goes to the next one, no matter what part of the previous dress I did or did not like.

Ugh. I am sure its not the attendants fault, more of DB's fault for having too many brides and not enough helpers.

Just was not worth my time looking there.
