David and his team were one of the BEST professional photography services I have ever worked with. I was a wedding photography for 15 years and could not believe the professionalism and efficiency of working with them for my own wedding. We used David Teng photography for our wedding. David is absolutely amazing! He is so creative and takes beautiful pictures. He captured every moment in our wedding! He has an amazing crew and they all work so well together. David Teng gets two thumbs up from the Castellanos!

Love, love, love David! He also did our engagement photos in August 2012, which turned out absolutely amazing and made our save the date cards so memorable. He even surprised us with scrabble tiles for our rings shot at the wedding, because we used them for our save the dates! So unexpected and sweet! My entire bridal party and family kept remarking all throughout the night how amazing David and his assistant were, and how he was absolutely worth every penny!
As the bride, he made sure I was always comfortable and taken care of, and he went above and beyond to coordinate every single shot that we wanted and then some! It was a really hot day, but he always made sure I was comfortable first, even if that meant running for water or requesting a plate of fruit for me! David was prepared, professional, creative, talented, exceptional, fun- the list goes on! I seriously cannot recommend him enough! At one point the wind knocked some equipment over onto poor David, who caught it with his shooting hand- and he just kept plugging along and iced it during downtime!
At the ceremony, he and the assistant were quiet and quick, capturing so many moments without anyone noticing. David never interfered with the events, instead he made guests feel comfortable, adding to the the celebration and good time had by all. During the reception, David was everywhere at once, but I never ever felt smothered! I cannot wait to see all the beautiful memories he captured during the day! David knows weddings inside and out, and he knew where to be and when. We even got an awesome group photo at the reception with our guests, not an easy feat to coordinate! Prior to the wedding he responded to our emails promptly, and even met us at our venue to scout our potential shot locations and plan the photography schedule for the day. He arrived on time to the wedding, and stayed late to make sure this was the best day of our lives, with every moment caught on camera! David- you're the best!

Every time someone mentions wedding photography I start gushing about David Teng and how he is hands down the best in the world! From the moment we first decided to work w/ him he was so responsive and involved in all of our planning. He wanted to know about all of the details that were important to us like names of people, colors, themes, location significance - absolutely everything, and it really showed through on our big day. David and his team pay attention to every little detail of the event and really know how to capture each special moment. They are never, EVER pushy (like I have witnessed other wedding photographers be) and really know how to direct important shots with such a professional and natural ease. They are incredibly patient and amazing at remaining calm/relaxed while still staying on schedule and getting every single shot requested, and keeping it fun and not seeming the least bit flustered. I was so relaxed and happy on our wedding day because I was so comfortable with David and his team, and everyone in our wedding party said the same thing. They were with us all day, from the morning getting ready all the way through the last dance and they were high energy, professional and involved the entire time. We knew before even seeing a single one of our photos that they were going to be phenomenal...and yes, all 1300 of them were! We received a web link that we could share with friends and family to view all of our images online, and to our surprise David even made us a custom engraved memory stick sent in a beautiful keepsake box engraved with the logo from our programs on it - that's how attentive he is to presentation, little personalized details and to truly going the extra mile. David is so great!! As a photographer he is brilliant but he is also an amazing person who is so easy to work with. I felt so comfortable throughout my entire day with him and his assistant Susan. They captured some amazing moments so beautifully. I am 110% satisfied with everything he did.

David and his team are simply AWESOME. The services that were provided were photography coverage for the ceremony and reception, a really cool photo booth, and wedding album design. We decided to take pictures before the ceremony, I know unconventional, but to us we wanted to avoid that wait time between the ceremony and reception, and plus we looked our best before the wedding. We are still married, so much for those wedding myths.

Back to the services, I am not photogenic at all, but David builds up your confidence and you begin thinking you are Derek Zoolander (male supermodel extraordinaire). As agreed David took a photojournalist approach in capturing our day, and the captured images convey the emotions and nervousness on that day.

The photo booth was really cool, just ask our guests. The booth is massive, and at one moment we had ~30 people in it. It was hot, but a really cool moment. Remember to look at the camera not the screen, and get close to the camera for that closeup look like the old school photo booths. Props were funny, and old people surprised us with their creativity.

The wedding album is pricey, but the work behind it and the small details (gutter gap, type and feel of the paper, etc) that David and his designer worry about is worth every penny.

My only advice is to hire them and don't look back. David and his team will give you their best efforts.
