Chef David M. Kasinos Culinary Skills were forged in some of the finest Michelin-starred kitchens of Europe & NYC. With this intensive culinary training, combined with his culinary passion and strong family tradition of hospitality excellence he launched his own boutique catering company D.K.C.

Chef David and his culinary team create seasonal bespoke menus for all clients, based on the clients goals, food preferences, harvesting season, and dietary restrictions. We are a culinary company that truly sources locally from amazing local farms in the tri-state area. Our main goal at David Kasinos Catering is to create an amazing bespoke menu and deliver a memroable culinary dinning experience.
