My husband bought my ring somewhere else and we took it to Dave Schneider's to have the 9 center small diamonds replaced with 1 decent sized cushion cut diamond. They did a great job finding us a beautiful, quality diamond that wasn't outrageously priced. They also resized my ring and the turnaround time was only a few days!

I would give Dave Schneider 6 stars if I could, but only if Diane Caldwell got 7.

I shopped (online and off) for an engagement ring for about a year before finding Dave Schneider's. Diane was the first person who really took the time to listen to what I wanted and actually add value to the situation by making informed suggestions that made sense for my fiance-to-be's tastes. For example, when I told Diane I wanted oval-cut colored stones, she ordered me several, but also suggested that I take a look at a cushion cuts. Se ordered just one. Guess which one I chose. :) Diane was truly about service: she helped steer me toward the right stone for my fiance, which was, in some cases, as much as $15000 less than other stones in the list.

When it came to the ring-building process, she was even more of a champ. I'd been planning this for a long, long time, and I needed everything to be just right. I had some signers' remorse after signing off on the wax cast, and rather than just talking me down, she pulled the wax, brought out the actual ring designer from the lab, and sat us down for a 20-minute chat so we could be sure to get every detail right.

Here's the short version: My wife-to-be loved the ring. It was absolutely perfect in every respect. Diane was an absolute pleasure to work with, an interesting and sweet person, and a credit to her profession. Because of her, Dave Schneider earned a very, very satisfied customer for life. If you're getting engaged, you really can't do any better. I wouldn't change a thing.

When my husband proposed it was a complete surprise to me. But he had actually planned it for months and he picked Dave Schneider's because he wanted to design a ring that incorporated purple stones since purple is my favorite color and he saw their commercial on TV listing their specialty in colored stones. He was able to walk in and design my ring and Dianne helped him step by step. After he proposed I had the pleasure of meeting her since we went back to get our bands and she's absolutely wonderful, so very detail oriented, took care of us and made sure our rings were being made on time. We are so happy Dave Schneider's is a very special part of our lives =)
