My 18 year old son was treated like royalty by Clara King, the store manager in Linden NJ. Clara took the time to ensure my son would look his best at his prom. Her customer service skills were not only professional, but portrayed a true sense of pride in her work. In addition, Clara acted as a proficient mentor to her younger staff. She demonstrated leadership qualities that motivated her staff. I witnessed Clara treat not only my son, but every other nervous young man in the store with the same professional courtesy.

This place was horrible! We ordered ten tuxedos from here all with the same shoes. Four people received the wrong shoes! Two of the tuxedos had stains on them and one tuxedo was missing a button. Not too mention one was completely the wrong size and they said the new tux would be in the following day! Guess what it wasn't and they said that it was never put on the truck so our groomsman never made it to our rehearsal dinner because he had to wait in NJ for the tux while the bridal party was in NY for the rehearsal!!
