Daniel Vaughn is absolutely a joy to work with for wedding flowers. Daniel provided flowers for our daughter's wedding in September in State College, PA. Daniel was so easy to work with from the onset - it felt like we were working with a friend and not a vendor. He was professional, courteous, respectful of the bride and groom's wishes. And he was able to take our ideas and transform them into a beautiful ceremony and reception. We did not stress over any detail because Daniel made us feel at ease. The bridal flowers were gorgeous and perfectly captured the wedding vibe, vintage and romantic. Daniel made the ceremony arbor so special by incorporating a wooden cross that the bride's grandfather made many years ago. What a special and beautiful day - Highly recommend Daniel.

I cannot get over how beautiful the flowers were for my wedding weekend, and it’s all thanks to Daniel Vaughn Designs. Daniel is an artist — all you have to do is tell him what colors you like and him and his team make the magic happen even more beautiful than you’d expect! My mom and I hired Daniel to provide flowers for my wedding ceremony and then my mother-in-law hired Daniel to provide flowers for our Rehearsal Dinner. Each time, Daniel was a joy to work with. He’s very friendly and cares about your wedding vision. He took time to meet with us in person to craft up a budget that worked for us, which was amazing, and had conference calls with my mom, my mother-in-law and I to make sure we were using different flowers for each evening. Our Rehearsal Dinner and wedding each looked so unique and beautiful. Daniel was also so kind and created a little wreath for our dog, Bailey, who was in our wedding! It's now a keepsake in our home for her and we love it! We can’t thank Daniel Vaughn Designs enough. I came here to write a very different review. I was going to tell you how I was not someone who had my whole wedding planned out before I found my husband, but I did know who I wanted as a florist. Daniel met with me to talk about my vision for my wedding and he quickly understood my style and what I was going for. He talked me through different parts of the day and even saved me some money on some things. I had some unique requests and he worked with me to figure it out and make it happen. He, Michael and his staff were so helpful and kind and went above and beyond. I had hoped to have peonies for my bouquet in August - I knew that was a big ask and it might not happen (which was fine) and they found the loveliest pink peonies! All of our flowers were stunning and the other portions of our decor that they were in charge of were done to perfection. Our wedding was at the Arboretum and the florals could have been lost amongst the gardens but they weren't - they were perfect. He also ensured that our reception was beautiful - beyond what I could ever dream of.
That's the review that I came here to write. But 10 days after my wedding my father unexpectedly passed away and Daniel Vaughn Designs sent a gorgeous bouquet to my home upon hearing of his passing. I was already a happy customer, but I truly felt as though as I was treated like a friend. Daniel Vaughn Designs is just special and by far my favorite florist.

Daniel was just wonderful to work with - he is so personable and knowledgeable. The designs he created for our wedding were even more gorgeous than the inspiration we showed him. He coordinated delivery and set up (at two different locations) making the day very easy and stress free. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning a wedding!!!

I was referred to Daniel by my venue (Omni Bedford Springs) and decided to book him after our first conversation. I am blown away by Daniel’s talent! Truthfully I have never actually met Daniel in person since I live quite far from my venue. He was able to create my vision by sending him inspiration pictures and a few phone conversations. Daniel coordinated with my rental company to include foliage on the lounge areas and even matched the flowers for my cake to the exact picture I sent him. He included foliage everywhere - cocktail tables, cookie tables, lounge area, guestbook table & even the stairwell leading up to our ballroom!! I had to provide basically no direction & somehow he was able to understand exactly what I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Daniel Vaughn Designs for your wedding!

I am so glad that my now husband and I worked with Daniel Vaughn Designs for our wedding flowers this past September. Dan is an incredibly talented and creative floral designer with great attention to detail. He executed our vision for our wedding perfectly and all of the floral arrangements were so incredibly stunningly beautiful. I am still in awe at how beautiful our flowers were. I wanted a very specific combination with bright colors and no roses. I sent some images for examples and Dan made them exactly how I thought. They were the talk of the wedding and some guests even took a few home. So gorgeous - absolutely worth it!

I got married July 27, 2019 in State College and chose Daniel Vaughn Designs as my florist. Dan, his wife Cindy, and his team are seriously the best!!! I had so much fun working with Dan, from the day of the first consultation to the day of the wedding. He is a wonderful person and is truly talented! I cannot say enough good and wonderful things about Daniel Vaughn and his team!! He made my dream come to life and made my wedding more beautiful than I could ever imagine. Hiring him and his team was the best decision I made regarding planning my wedding. The man is a true artist and after just one meeting, he was able to create stunning flower bouquets and center pieces. I didn't give him too much direction except my colors and my vision, but he worked his magic and seeing everything once it was set up truly moved me to tears.
