A Must hire !

Hiring Angel was hands down THE best thing we did for our DIY wedding in October. I had a phone call with her to go over her day-of-coordinator services and I was very impressed, we hired her and then got to meet her during our set-up meeting at the venue a month prior to the wedding. She also was kind enough to join us the day before for the rehearsal to go over every detail. On the day of, she was at the venue early, had already reached out to all my vendors prior to the day, and made sure the vendue had everything correctly set. I showed her how the tables needs to be designed and she very quickly set-up all 7 tables along with everything else. I am very hands on and designed every aspect of my wedding day, and when I say I was at ease thanks to Angel, I mean it! She took care of so much that day and did it so seamlessly. She always checked in on me and if she saw me looking around she would run over and ask if I needed anything. She made our wedding day so smooth and was on top of everything. She even helped a friend who had one too many drinks, and informed me that everything is okay so that I didn't have to stress. When we were outside getting our photos taken she brough over drinks for us, and that was so needed! She collected all our many bins and had everything so well organized during the tear down of the event, and did the final walk with the venue to make sure we didn't forget anything. I mean honestly, I can't say enough great things about her! Her services are affordable, she is kind, and very professional. Hire her, you wont regret it!

Life savers

I went back and forth about hiring a Day Of Coordinator. I was 8 months pregnant when we got married, so ultimately decided that it would be beneficial as I’m finally accepting the fact that I can’t do everything like I normally could do. I literally can’t imagine the trainwreck that our wedding would have been without Dancin’ Boots and Fairytales. I definitely underestimated how much you have to take care of on the day of your wedding, from setting up the ceremony area, the reception area, calling vendors that are running behind, getting ready, etc. There’s so much!! Angel called me at 8 AM on the morning of (they were supposed to be at the venue at 10 AM), letting me know that they would be running 15-30 minutes late due to car troubles. I was blown away by this. It showed how much pride and dedication they have to make sure their client’s day goes as smoothly as possible. Would I have noticed if they were 15 minutes late? No. But it definitely made me feel at ease knowing that they were that focused on our day. They also brought both the groom and I our favorite drinks, and an emergency kit that included everything I would ever need on the day of!! We didn’t have a bridal party, but they were AWESOME enough to help me bustle my dress, and chase me down with water the entire day to make sure I was still taking care of myself. They did so much that I didn’t even realize. I would think “Oh my gosh, I need to ____”, and I would turn around and it would already be done! I just can’t say enough wonderful things about these 2 ladies. If you are even semi thinking about hiring a day of coordinator, just say yes – and then make sure you hire Dancin’ Boots and Fairytales. You will be nothing but grateful that you did.

Hi! I am the owner of Dancin Boots and Fairytales. I have been in the industry for couple years. But have been organizing events and weddings unofficially for about 6 years. I am a young entrepreneur, with 3 kids, a loving husband, and an amazing business partner. My partner and I decided that this year we would expand and build our company. Leading to Dancin' Boots and Fairytales. We are so excited for your special day and would love to help celebrate you.

I am a very detailed individual, I can be direct, but also take important note to making sure even the smallest details are right for your day. We are happy to help you and make sure that your day is as stress-free as possible.

Meet Audrey, she is the heart of our team. She supports our business through hard work and dedication. She is a mom of 2 amazing kiddos, wife to her goofball of a husband, Matthew, for the last 6 years. Outside of working hard for our clients, Audrey is joining the dance floor, kicking up boots, with Angel and friends.

Audrey has a strong attention to details, organization, and great with customer service.

Growing up Audrey was frequently tasked with planning and organizing parties, baptisms, and large family affairs. Audrey started with our sister company, Dancin’ Boots and Beans when Angel, positioned opening event coordinating. Thinking back to my wedding day and how I wish I would have had someone, I thought lets do this! Planning, and organizing your day so it can be as special as you would hope for is our passion!
