Dan was extremely professional. He showed up early on the day of our wedding. He was respectful of and worked well with our other vendors. Dan beautifully captured our wedding ceremony.

We used Dan for our engagement photos as well as our wedding. He was always professional, but fun too. He catered to my quirks...I didn't want a ton of staged photos at the wedding and so cut him short a few times on the typical amount of time spent on photos. We did our engagement shoot in Eastern State Penitentiary and it was so fun! I don't have the photos back yet for our wedding but my trust is in Dan that they will be as good, and he put up with me with kindness and professionalism. I couldn't recommend him more.

Dan was our photographer for our wedding this past June and was so flexible! He worked with me and was easy and caring and even bought us a cute little gift when we met to go over details in the beginning! Thanks dan!

Danny traveled with us to Mexico and the pictures are unbelievable! I wish I could share them all with you! He also captured our home reception in which the pictures had such a romantic feel to them. He captured moments that show our pure joy without us even knowing he was there. He went above and beyond for us and we will forever be grateful for his exceptional talent in capturing such a memorable time in our lives.

We hired Dan for our engagement photos. We couldn’t have chosen anyone better! He was understanding, open minded, and always asked for our input. If you're looking for someone that doesn't respond in a timely manner, that you'll have to chase down and almost hound for an update on the photo's you've paid for, than you've found the right person. There were times that we waited over a month for any type of communication back from him. What should have taken only a few months, has now been over 200 days and we still don't have this process completed. Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not a single contractual date was met. Almost no proactive contacts on his end to provide a single update. Calls sent straight to voicemail, texts ignored and emails responded to days later. That, along with constant empty promises of "you'll have photo's by (insert date here)" missed. Excuse after excuse, including that of his "real job" (shows how he values his customers) getting in the way of completing a job that we had paid good money (over $3k) for.

If you've already contracted Dan Mizner Photography for your event, I can only hope you receive better luck than we did. If you have other options, take them. Nobody deserves to be treated the way we have been.
