I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Cy Fredericks and it's absolutely stunning. The detail and time put into making my engagement ring shows! I haven't had any problems with my ring and I never take it off. We will definitely be using Cy Fredericks as our jeweler for our wedding bands and for years to come!

Great service and products! Employees seemed well educated and courteous towards clients. Prompt service on repaired items...with no cost. My type of place and would definitely recommend.

My ring is from here. My husband took an existing stone, picked a mounting and had it set. The diamond becomes loose every now and then, so I have to go in and have them fix it. I also had my diamond stud earrings re-set by this jeweler...they will work with you on price...negotiate!

Good jewelry place. My engagement ring and wedding ring are both from this store. I adore both rings. My wedding band is a cute white and yellow diamond band. So unique and pretty. Definitely the prettiest wedding ring I have ever seen. However, I am not 100 percent satisfied with the store since they forgot to mail me my wedding ring. Yes, you read that right. I paid for the ring and waited about 5 weeks. When I had not received my ring by the end of July, I gave them a call. I was then informed that my ring was ready, but they did not realize that I wanted it shipped. This would be an okay explanation if I hadn't already paid for shipping! Also, no one called me to tell me my ring was ready, but is not a good way to run a business.

The worst service and pricing in the jewelry business! I bought an engagement ring for my soon to be wife and it was beautiful. I did not feel like I really got any sort of deal but I loved the ring so I was okay spending the money. After two months of her wearing it diamonds started falling out. Luckily, it was not the main stone but a pain nonetheless. We brought the ring in and were told it would be fixed perfectly. They fell out FIVE more times on that ring!!! What a joke for quality.
They finally offered to remake the ring. They said it would be the same ring at a higher level of quality. Wrong again! Diamonds fell out of it and they missed some of the most important detailing that my wife explicitly asked to make sure were incorporated in the design.
The EXCUSE given by the owner and his son Dustin were that the ring was, “it is made by hand and can’t be done the same”. Well that sure is not what I paid for. When I took this ring to another jeweler to pay to have it soldered (because even fro free I would not let them touch it again) I was informed of so many more flaws.
I was told there were still tool marks inside the ring, diamonds only had three prongs on them, and the edges were left rough. I thought they other jeweler might be overdoing it so I said show me. Not only did she show me on my ring, she showed me on a piece of jewelry that they were selling, what it should look like.
If you are thinking of trying to find a jeweler, please don’t even send your enemy here!!!
