Very personable and responsive. Asked her for a special order of necklaces to match my bridesmaids' dresses, and she was able to do exactly what I asked. Necklaces arrived quickly and wrapped in a cute box with a bow. My bridesmaids love the necklaces and are able to wear them again for normal occasions after the wedding. Definitely recommend.
