I NEVER write reviews so that should tell you something in the first place. I was stressing out because our wedding date was quickly approaching and I still had not figured out how I wanted to handle the pint glasses as favors (my own fault). The people at Custom Glassware were extremely helpful! I was able to send them an image of what I wanted on the glasses, they were then able to send it out to be redrawn in order to use it (at a small extra cost). This only took a few days and I was updated during every step of the process. During this time, our ceremony date had changed and they were able to change the date in house without having the third party re-draw it. Each time I needed questions answered they got back to me quickly either on the phone, live chat or e-mail. I know I was placing my order last minute so I was worried about when then they would actually show up. To my surprise they showed up a week and a half earlier than the date I told them I needed them by! I am 100% satisfied.

Custom Glassware made my wedding guest favors, which were pint glasses with printing to the front and back in two color. They worked with us to pick the perfect design, and have many ready to go on their web site, and customize the one we selected for us with colors, fonts, style, product, time-line, etc. The finished product was amazing - we're still getting compliments on the unique and very usable favors.
