Carrie graduated form the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan and worked for the famous Carlos Bakery, also known as Cake Boss, for seven years in New Jersey. Five years ago, she relocated to the Low Country, and now offers personal and friendly services that will cater to all of your cake dreams. This cake designer loves her job because she gets to be a part of your special day.

From the start, Carrie was organized, professional, prompt, and fun! We met for a cake tasting with Carrie and even brought our parents along. Carrie showed us all the cake design options, shared tips on low country weddings, and gave us the opportunity to try the delicious cake flavors! We all had a great time and loved getting to know Carrie.
I shared inspiration photos of my dream wedding cake and mini cupcakes and Carrie brought it to life. The guests raved it was literally the best wedding cake they have ever had. Thank you so much, Carrie!
