Jessica was hands down the easiest and best part of the wedding process for us. From the tasting to wedding day, she exceeded our expectations time and time again. First, her customer service was exceptional. The week of the wedding, we felt guilty that there were a couple of additional allergy restrictions that we were just informed of but wanted to account for. When we approached Jessica with the last minute request, she took it without hesitation. Her enthusiasm and desire to make sure that her customers are happy was contagious and would immediately release any stress we were holding onto. Jessica was always on top of communications as well. With other vendors, it seemed like we would wait a few days to a week for a response and often felt the need to follow up, but with Jessica it was always just minutes to hours. Last but not least, our wedding cake and cupcakes looked incredible and were just what we envisioned. They tasted amazing too! We could go on, but all you need to know is that literally everything about our experience with Bloom Custom Cakes was perfect. We recommend Jessica to everyone that we can and we hope to find more reasons to go back to her ourselves!

Jessica was amazing to work with. Everything from her cake tasting to our final wedding cake was absolutely incredible. We opted for a cake flight (because we couldn’t just narrow it down to one flavor) and every guest had nothing but positive things to say about it. She also made us a custom cake flavor for our family, which meant so much to us and them. I couldn’t recommend Jessica more.

As someone who has loved banana cake since I was a little girl, I always knew I wanted it for my wedding—and Jessica made that dream come true. It was hands-down the best cake I’ve ever had! Our guests were equally impressed and couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. The vanilla and strawberry layer was also a huge hit!

Jessica Kent and her family are true professionals. She was incredibly accommodating to me being an out of town bride. She fit me in for a cake tasting in one of my few visits to town. Tasting her cakes was my favorite part of wedding planning and also the hardest. Even the flavors I put on the list more for my husband, I loved. We ended up choosing classic Vanilla and strawberries and cream. Additionally, we got Snickerdoodle cookies and Chocolate chip. Jessica was always prompt in her replies to me and was right on time to deliver the cake on our wedding day.
She is a true artist; she took an inspiration picture I sent to her and recreated it better than I could have imagined. She even coordinated with our florist to pick up fresh flowers for decoration without me having to do anything.
I have received many complements on the cake and cookies from guests. I will absolutely be ordering a one year anniversary cake from Bloom and I would highly recommend you get your wedding/event cakes from her as well.

Bloom Custom Cakes was exceptional from taste, appearance, and customer experience. We selected the Caramel crunch cake and our guest raved about the cake for many days after the wedding.

We asked Jessica to design our wedding cake and let it be a surprise. The only direction we gave was to use our wedding colors, and lambeth style piping. WOW, she blew us away. The cakes were stunning and I nearly cried seeing them! Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted even better. We got a heart shaped Toffee Cake, Southern Pecan Cake, and Lemon Raspberry Cake. They looked like pieces of art and had glitter dusted cherries which made for some really cute pictures.
