Jessica was hands down the easiest and best part of the wedding process for us. From the tasting to wedding day, she exceeded our expectations time and time again. First, her customer service was exceptional. The week of the wedding, we felt guilty that there were a couple of additional allergy restrictions that we were just informed of but wanted to account for. When we approached Jessica with the last minute request, she took it without hesitation. Her enthusiasm and desire to make sure that her customers are happy was contagious and would immediately release any stress we were holding onto. Jessica was always on top of communications as well. With other vendors, it seemed like we would wait a few days to a week for a response and often felt the need to follow up, but with Jessica it was always just minutes to hours. Last but not least, our wedding cake and cupcakes looked incredible and were just what we envisioned. They tasted amazing too! We could go on, but all you need to know is that literally everything about our experience with Bloom Custom Cakes was perfect. We recommend Jessica to everyone that we can and we hope to find more reasons to go back to her ourselves! -

Jessica was amazing to work with. Everything from her cake tasting to our final wedding cake was absolutely incredible. We opted for a cake flight (because we couldn’t just narrow it down to one flavor) and every guest had nothing but positive things to say about it. She also made us a custom cake flavor for our family, which meant so much to us and them. I couldn’t recommend Jessica more. -

Jessica created an absolutely STUNNING and unbelievably delicious cake for us. Not only was it beautiful (seriously, guests couldn’t stop taking photos), but every single layer was moist, flavorful, and unforgettable. We got so many compliments, and barely any slices were left by the end of the night. We cannot wait until our year anniversary to have it again!
From our first message to our delivery, everything was seamless and professional. Jessica is an absolute sweetheart of a person as well.

Our wedding cake perfectly captured the simple elegance I had always envisioned and complemented our wedding beautifully. Working with Jessica was an absolute dream, and we truly cannot recommend her enough.
As someone who has loved banana cake since I was a little girl, I always knew I wanted it for my wedding—and Jessica made that dream come true. It was hands-down the best cake I’ve ever had! Our guests were equally impressed and couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. The vanilla and strawberry layer was also a huge hit!
Our only regret? Not having any leftovers to enjoy afterward! If you're looking for an incredible wedding cake, we are so thankful our planner recommended Jessica—she exceeded every expectation. -

We asked Jessica to design our wedding cake and let it be a surprise. The only direction we gave was to use our wedding colors, and lambeth style piping. WOW, she blew us away. The cakes were stunning and I nearly cried seeing them! Not only did they look amazing, but they tasted even better. We got a heart shaped Toffee Cake, Southern Pecan Cake, and Lemon Raspberry Cake. They looked like pieces of art and had glitter dusted cherries which made for some really cute pictures. -

Jessica was so wonderful throughout our wedding planning process! She was very quick to respond once I made the inquiry, communicated the entire time and was so sweet to us! We did a cake tasting (the one thing my husband was actually interested in!) where we were able to choose a few flavors to sample. We talked about design, size, and logistics during that meeting. She helped me realize that I needed to think bigger and she was SO. RIGHT. I am so happy with how beautiful the cake turned out and all of the rest of the desserts. My son and his new bride met at an oyster roast. Jessica made a cake that looked exactly like a bucket of oysters for the grooms cake. Red velvet cake with air brushed white chocolate that looked like oysters on the top! It was truly amazing!! Our guests could not believe the whole thing was edible!! There is no one I would trust more than Jessica to make a cake for any special occasion! Her talent and professionalism are unmatched!! Highly recommend her!! -

Amazing Wedding cake
We chose Bloom Custom Cakes for our wedding day. We wanted something simple and elegant with lots of flavor. Jessica did not disappoint! Our cake was everything we imagined! We had a small 2 tiered cake with a layer of lemon raspberry and a layer of funfetti. Both flavors were mouthwatering delicious! They were moist and melted in it mouths. So good! But let me tell you it was hard to narrow down, because all the flavors we tried were phenomenal. Jessica did a fabulous job and I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a cake! Will definitely be returning to her for more! -

Overall a wonderful and efficient experience for my wedding this past June
My mother in law did most of the communication with this vendor but she was amazing. From our initial tasting to the actual wedding cake, the taste and quality was wonderful. I am the owner of an event company here on Hilton Head and just finished a Huge wedding at the Westin with Jessica. We provided: Day of Coordination, Entertainment, PhotoBooth and Decor. This wedding was on New Years Eve 2022. This was a big wedding for all the venders involved. The Client ordered a Cake Flight from Jessica with Bloom Cakes. IT WAS AMAZING !!! The Taste of the three slices per person.. she provided was WOW!!! My taste buds are like Yum YUM Yummy !! It was sooo good. I want some more .. LOL ..Jessica and her team plated the sliced cake on site and also provided a large multi-tiered cake for the Bride to cut. It was beautiful!!! Thank you Jessica y'all did an amazing job !! Wedding Cake and Dessert Table
Jessica was incredibly talented and so easy to work with. My husband and I were supposed to get married in May of 2020, an additional postponement due to Covid, and we finally celebrated in April of 2022 with our friends and family. Jessica worked with us and our wedding planner to reschedule and honored pricing even though I would have completely understood if she couldn’t have made that work. We did a small cake, mini cheesecakes and mini cupcakes and it was the perfect amount for our group and everyone raved about them. I personally thought everything was delicious, we would absolutely recommend Jessica for your baking needs, and I will absolutely seek out her services if I have any large scale baking needs. -

100% satisfied and more we worked with Jessica for our wedding cake. The process felt special from the start. From the sample box of flavors, to her follow up, down to the day of wedding has care and quality in each touch. Our wedding was small and a less traditional one as a second marriage. I couldn't be happier with the cake that Bloom Custom Cakes made for our wedding! It was one of the most beautiful wedding cakes I have ever seen and it tasted amazing. The taste and look of Jessica's cakes are truly a cut above the rest. Many of our guests said that they usually don't like or eat the cake at weddings, but that they really enjoyed ours. Jessica was so easy to work with and she is a true professional. She takes care of it all and you don't have to worry about a thing. The best cake and service ever!
Blooms was an easy choice after the tasting! Her cakes are absolutely delicious. Moist and fresh. We chose the lemon raspberry and strawberry cakes for our wedding. We had a small cake for our cake cutting then they brought out our two sheet cakes for serving and it was plenty of cake for everyone! We still had the whole small cake to ourselves! Everyone was so impressed with the moist taste and the different flavors we chose (not just vanilla and chocolate) we ended up adding on an anniversary cake and it took the stress of having to save the cake topper of the one we cut. It was packaged to store and I just had to slide it in my freezer. She was quick to respond to my emails and made it so easy. I didn’t even see her on wedding day but the cake was there on time and absolutely beautiful!! You will not regret spending with Blooms Custom Cakes! -

Search no further! Jessica and Bloom Custom Cakes - the best choice we made for my daughter's Savannah wedding. After reviewing several bakers, we immediately knew Jessica was the one! Not only are her cakes absolutely delicious, but she takes the time to listen to the bride's vision. She prepared the entire dessert table, with the cake displayed in the center, and it was beautiful, elegant and simply amazing! Many of our guests took the time to photograph the spread - even before eating those wonderful desserts! Jessica responded immediately to any of our inquiries throughout the process. Jessica was simply amazing! The tasting went smoothly and everything was so delicious it was so hard to make a decision. We also used Jessica for a full blown dessert table (my husband has a MAJOR sweet tooth!). I cannot tell you how much our guests were raving about the dessert table and how great the cake tasted. I had several guests comment that it was the best wedding cake they have ever had! (I completely concur!). Bloom Custom Cakes is a perfect wedding vendor. Jessica was amazing to work with through the entire process! I cannot recommend her enough! We enjoyed the tasting so much that in the time after choosing to work with Jessica and our reception, I hired her two other times- once for an assortment of cupcakes, and also for my mother's 50th birthday cake. She puts so much thought and care into everything she does. She even took it upon herself to do some research when we asked for a very specific reference to be subtly included in the design. It was easy to communicate with her and she picked up on our vision perfectly. I think she knew what we wanted even better than we did! I hadn't considered to ask for a different color than white wedding cake but it was absolutely the right choice for us. Our wedding cake was almond amaretto with a white chocolate ganache layer over the buttercream instead of fondant. We also had red velvet and the raspberry lemon cupcakes, which were also a huge hit. I can't wait to have another excuse to purchase a Bloom Custom Cake in the future! -

Jessica is the best around here! She has great communication and she produces not only delicious but also beautiful cakes! We had a simpler wedding cake that was still stunning and perfect for us! The cake was a cannoli cake which is SO delicious. We also had cupcakes, a mixture of carrot cake, strawberries and cream and cannoli. She has the best carrot cake ever. Our biggest surprise and probably the biggest hit was the strawberries and cream cupcakes. They are better than you can even imagine. Jessica is now my go to baker for any special events. I had a destination wedding in HHI and I am from Cle OH. The communication was super easy! The set up and delivery were seem less! I barley knew they came in! We ordered mostly cupcakes and a small cutting cake. We LOVED it! The leftovers were fought over & my guests still talk about the cupcakes 6months later. We loved it so much we are ordering a mailed cake for our one year anniversary! Highly recommend! -

Harbor Town Wedding
After 2 cancellations, my husband and I finally got married in the beloved Harbor Town of Sea Pines. Jessica was SUPER flexible throughout this whole process and kindly offered to drop off our grooms cake to our rehearsal dinner for us! The grooms cake was the best chocolate cake we've had to date and guests commented the same thing. Our wedding was an almond flavored cake and was so delicious that most of our guests had more than 1 piece. We had anticipated alot of left over cake and were shocked that 3/4 of it was gone! The wedding cake was just as I had envisioned and the waterfall flower cascade was gorgeous on the 4 layer cake! We would HIGHLY recommend bloom custom cakes to anyone in the lowcountry, not only is the cake delicious, Jessica will make your vision come to life. Not to mention shes also the sweetest person on earth and was a joy to communicate with!! -

My original wedding was canceled due to covid. Jessica was beyond flexible and worked with us in every way she could. We were so excited when she was available for our reschedule. Jessica’s tasting was by far our favorite, it was such an enjoyable experience were she really listened to us but also gave us great help and info. She recommended a few flavors we hadn’t picked out and they turned out to be our hands down favorite. We also created a combo of sizes that maximized our budget but still gave us the look we wanted. Jessica remained in steady communication with us throughout the entire time and was prompt to respond to any questions. We added cupcakes from her for our rehearsal (cookies and cream, key lime and coconut cream). Guests were running to the table to get a key lime before they were gone! Our wedding cake was BEAUTIFUL! Vanilla with vanilla custard, almond amaretto (our FAVORITE), and lemon raspberry. Guests for rehearsal and the wedding raved over her cakes. We took the rest of our cake on our honeymoon so we could keep eating it!!
I would give Jessica at Bloom 10 out of 5 stars! I will absolutely continue to use her for cakes in the future! Jessica made the cake the easiest part of my wedding experience and the was the best vendor to work with. -

She was so easy to work with and the cake (brown sugar cake with bourbon whisky infused vanilla pastry cream) was amazing!! Beautiful and so yummy. I totally wish she was in Colorado. Jessica is absolutely AMAZING! First off, she is such a pleasure to work with. She is so, so nice and was available for a cake testing within the week I contacted her. Her cake flavors are out of this world! It was so hard to narrow down what we wanted to try because they all sounded amazing. Luckily, the two flavors we didn't choose for our wedding cake, we used for the grooms cake! Win-Win! Not only do her cakes taste great....her cake decorating is flawless! I will never use anyone else for my cake needs. Thank you Jessica for making our wedding a little bit sweeter! -

Best cakes ever!!!
I’ve used Bloom Custom Cakes for a party cake and for OUR WEDDING CAKE!! And let me just tell you, this is the BEST cake you will ever have in your life time. It was so hard for us to choose a flavor because all of her cakes, fillings, and icings are to die for. I would have had every flavor if I could. We had chocolate, almond, and lemon raspberry for our wedding cake layers and it was amazing. Our guests were so impressed with the cake and complimented how delicious it was. I will definitely be using Bloom Custom Cakes for all of my future cake needs. Simply the best. -

Absolutely amazing, 11 out of 10
Jessica was truly a pleasure to work with. She showed up early and the quality was 11/10. I had asked for a turkey mount theme for the grooms cake and she knocked it out of the park. We had the perfect amount serving wise, the presentation was impeccable and the flavor (cannoli cake, my brides favorite) was amazing. Incredible attention to detail, it turned out better than any example I could find when sending her my ideas.
We also did 2 flavors of cupcakes for the reception and they were a huge hit. I would recommend her services for any event of any size. -

We were lucky enough to get to work with Jessica for our wedding cake for our elopement. We started getting excited when we saw all the different flavor options and she helped us figure out the perfect combination. What a treat when we saw the cake in person!! It was beautifully decorated with real flowers - including gorgeous roses. And the flavors were incredible - this was by far the best wedding cake we've ever had! We had a coconut cream bottom and it was absolutely delicious. We savored every bite!
We saved the top layer for our one year anniversary and can't wait to taste it!
She was so lovely to work with and we'd highly recommend her for any event you have and we will definitely find a reason to go back to her ourselves! :) -

Beautiful cake
Jessica made our wedding cake dreams come true. We wanted a moody black cake for our black tie wedding and it came out gorgeoussss and it was so delicious! We had such a hard time picking flavors because we loved ALL OF THEM!! We highly recommend Jessica!! -

Stunning and Amazing Cakes that taste out of this world!!!!
Jessica was a pleasure to work with. Her cakes are out of this world!!! They are gorgeous but also taste AMAZING- it's hard to get both but she nails it!!! We had so many compliments on the look and taste of the cakes. She designed the perfect grooms cake for my husband- a KY bourbon bottle with a horse on the front because of our love for the Kentucky Derby and it was even infused with bourbon. Jessica is so easy to work with and made the process so easy. She even offers anniversary cakes to enjoy on your one year anniversary! Ours actually got "misplaced" at the venue and she delivered a new one within two days. I cannot recommend her enough!! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you again Jessica :) -

Everyone came up to us during, after and told us weeks later that the cake was absolutely delicious! Jessica’s cake are not normal cake, not even normal wedding cake they are so flavorful and heavenly. When people asked me what the best part of the wedding was, I immediately joke and say the cake instead of saying ‘I do’. Honestly, you won’t regret hiring Bloom Custom Cakes. -

Wonderful and Tasty Experience
I’m from Ohio and we decided to reschedule our wedding due to covid restrictions. We picked Hilton Head as our new destination wedding. Starting over and trying to find vendors for a place that we’ve never been to was a lot to take in. However, Jessica made this process ridiculously easy. She was so easy to work with and even helped suggest other vendors (like flowers & hair/makeup). The best part? HER CAKE WAS AMAZING!! It’s been almost 3 weeks since our wedding and our guests are still talking about how great our cake was. Thank you for the wonderful and easy experience!! -

WOW! its about all you need to know when it comes to Chef Jessica at Bloom Cakes ... We had no tasting a few quick texts msg and tele calls and BOOM she had it .. We can not wait to celebrate our 1 year with her amazing anniversary cake, get 1 its worth it! If you are a local or just traveling thru do not make the mistake of going with someone out of town... No one in Hilton Head Sav or Charleston can even compare to the taste the creativity or skill level in design... Will you adopt me?
Zach and I are not from the area so our wedding planner found Jessica to do our cake. Planning a wedding from a distance can be difficult. Zach and I didn’t know what to expect, but our hearts and taste buds were at ease when we met Jessica in January. In fact, Zach even asked her to adopt him. Her design and creative touch on the cake is amazing, but the best part is inside. We are so happy that our wedding planner led us to the sweetest cakes (and person) for our special day!
I don’t have any pictures of the cake from our day yet, but we certainly enjoyed the tasting and leftovers from our wedding. -

Amazing Custom Carrot Cake and Assorted Cheesecakes!
Hi- Bloom Custom Cakes made a custom carrot cake and assorted mini cheesecakes for my mom's birthday celebration for a family vacation in HHI. The presentation on both was flawless- no one wanted to touch them! The carrot cake was moist and the cream cheese frosting was smooth and creamy. The mini cheesecakes were had the right flavor and the crust was fresh crumble. I would highly recommend them for any occasion - small or large.... -

Amazing Wedding Cake
My wedding cake was absolutely delicious and amazing! All of our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good it tasted. Jessica was absolutely wonderful to work with. Simply amazing
Jessica is simply amazing. Her cakes are probably the best I have ever tasted and she decorates them so beautifully. She made our wedding cake and everyone said it was so tasty. She made us a small replica of our wedding cake a year later for our 1st anniversary which was such a sweet way for us to celebrate. She also made the Georgia grooms cake that I wanted as a surprise for my husband. He was so surprised and absolutely loved it! Overall, our experience with Jessica was great. She is so sweet and talented and I would 100% recommend her to anyone in search of someone to make their wedding cake. -

Jessica is amazing at her job! Very responsive and easy to work with. I was planning our wedding from a different city, so I never got to meet her in person but it did not hinder her from catching onto my vision perfectly. We couldn't get into town for a tasting, so she dropped cupcakes off at my hair and make up trial for me to taste before I even got there. We talked on the phone, sending pictures back and forth about what the cake would look like. She was so good at helping me narrow down a design, and I trusted her work! She was also helpful in helping me decide the amount of cake we would need. Not only do her cakes look GORGEOUS but they are sooooo yummy too! No reason to look anywhere else, this is who you want! -

If you're on the fence at all between 2 partners to make your cake, choose bloom custom cakes! Jessica was so great at it all. She was responsive and worked with me on getting the perfect groom's cake for our rehearsal and even delivering it! Now, let's get to the cake flavors...holy cannoli. The cake was one of the best I've ever had. So moist and the flavors were just excellent. Everyone complimented how great it was. Bloom Custom Cakes for the win :)
