I got the idea to have cupcakes from on-line sites. I liked the idea, because they were small (saving on waste) and I could choose a variety of flavors. Looking in the area of the wedding, I found this fairly new business in downtown Covington. I talked to Patty, who was very friendly, and tasted the cupcakes. They were scrumptous! And each was decorated appropriately. For example, the peanut buter cups had 1/2 of a peanut butter cup on them, banana had a small piece of dried banana. They had regular size and mini size in something like 15 varieties. I chose 7 flavors of the minis. I rented their tier for serving them, which worked very well. They delivered the correct items to the reception venue on time. They did not have someone to set it up, but it was easy. I had my cousins do it. This was a great and much more affordable way of doing the cake.
