Cummings Studio Chocolates is the epitome of incredible customer service. I went in there several months before the wedding to taste test some of the chocolates there and compare them to some other options. The staff there was so helpful and knowlegeable about each flavor and its ingredients. Of course I complicated matters by wanting them to use favor boxes that I had already purchased. No problem! They filled the boxes, made them pretty with ribbon and the price was reasonable for what you get. And you get QUALITY ladies and gentlemen. I still have people raving to me about how delicious the chocolates were.

Cummings has amazingly delicious chocolates and I ordered their beautiful 2-chocolate boxes and used them as wedding favors. The chocolates were delicious. I had just one problem with Cummings: they called me the day before I was supposed to pick up my order and told me that they wouldn't be able to make enough of one of the chocolates I had selected. When I told them that I had put my order in about 6 weeks before and that I would only accept what I had put in my original order, they told me that they would take care of it. When I picked up my order, everything was exactly what I expected. My guests very much enjoyed these favors, and they were very cost-effective (about $3 per box).

Horrible place of business. Sold me old spoiled food products. Agreed to a return and refund where they kept the remainder of the nasty product but never processed the refund and refuse to call us back. I emailed as requested and still no response. Horrible customer service, unclean store, disgusting product.
