Just finished a wedding for 150 people at this beautiful venue. The facility seats 350 so it is very large with high ceilings. In addition there is a beautiful sculpture of Pegasus and a fountain in the middle of the room. We used rooms dividers and rented sofas to create a cozy lounge area. We dropped chandeliers and Japanes lanterns from the ceiling to create a warmer feeling. They will hang 20 pieces from the ceiling without an extra charge. It is important to do things to scale. Some of the lanterns were 36" in diameter and the chandeliers were 5 ft. long. It was spectacular.

The most important thing to mention is the staff. When you tour the facility for the first time they talk a great story. They are enthusiastic and creative. But they also deliver. Every single person I worked with was friendly, helpful and had this great can-do attitude. Many venues I have visited have this list of things you can't do. This staff says we can do that - or they help you find a way to do what you want. They were absolutely AMAZING!

There are not enough ways to say how pleased I was with the Canton Cultural Arts Center. They were a BEAUTIFUL venue for my wedding and reception, I had an unbelievable amount of assistance from the friendly wonderful staff. Everything was more than reasonably priced to boot! The day of the wedding they even set up a dressing room for my girls and I with lights mirrors and closet as we did not have some other place to do it. While it shouldn't matter anywhere, the fact of the matter is it does some places, and there were absolutely ZERO issues with the fact that it was a lesbian wedding. I can not give enough praise to the workers here. After coming from meeting after meeting of issues with other aspects of the wedding (EX my dress fitting going horribly wrong 5 times) these workers put me at ease time and time again. By far the easiest part of my wedding planning. They have my backing 100%

Anne and the guys at the cultural did an amazing job for our wedding, they were always easy to get a hold of and went above and beyond for our needs and wants. We were looking for something different for our wedding and this was it!!! Very reasonably priced for both the venue and the alcohol/ beverages. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

So easy to work with! Great space, and the acoustics worked really well. Had no worries of any problems for the reception. Plus, their recommended caterer was terrific without being out of our budget.

Overall, the venue was wonderful to work with. The only negative comment I could make would be that occasionally it was difficult to get ahold of them. I called on multiple occasions throughout my wedding planning process and stopped by to talk to someone only to have the phone go to voicemail and no one be in the office. However, when I could talk to someone, they were always very helpful and accommodating. Jake, one of the employees who does a lot of maintenance and work around the venue was especially helpful. He and others answered all my questions, gave me suggestions and offers I wouldn't have thought of otherwise, did a wonderful job helping to set up the tables and chairs and lighting, and had a huge hand in making my special day the best it could be. I have no real complaints at the end of the day and am so happy with my choice. The venue looked beautiful even without decorating, so after we added our own touches, it was so perfect, and it was the perfect size and style for me as well.
