Crystal Coach provided us with a sedan and a 24 person bus for transportation between our wedding ceremony and reception. The transportation was on time, the cost was reasonable, and the service was excellent. The sedan drive informed us that when he was driving to pick us up, his management told him it was a wedding and he was not satisfied with picking us up in a regular Lincoln Towncar. Instead, he went back to the shop and brought out the Mercedes 6 series to ensure we would have a car we would not forget. An excellent touch for a wonderful day! We would definitely recommend Crystal Limos for others to use on their wedding day.

I have used there services and they were just amazing we had 5 limo and a bus from Crystal classic coach and there customer support and on time delivery is just amazing a complete and 100 % satisfactory event.

Crystal Limo did a great job transporting our wedding party to and from the venue. We had no issues and they accommodated several requests. The only problem we had was after the wedding when they charged us $30 for 'wait time'. When we inquired, they informed us that this is because the sedan driver that transported me and my husband to the after party had to wait for 30 minutes. What happened was that in the contract it said we had the sedan for 1 hour. After we arrived at the after party venue in 30 minutes and our other guests were not there yet, we told the driver to wait for the bus as we sat in the car for about 15 more minutes. We figured that since we had the car for 1 hour, that was included. Turns out even though the contract says 1 hour, the truth is it was point A to point B transportation only and the wait time was not included. After we complained (due to a misleading contract) they agreed to refund us our money so it was resolved pretty quickly. All in all we were satisfied and the bus and car were there on time and provided great service!

The bus arrived on time, but did not have A/C which was our main reason for booking transportation to take photos in the first place (so elderly family could sit on cool bus when not taking photos out in the sun). Luckily, when we arrived at our photo location, the company had another bus with A/C waiting, which was great.

Everything went fine with the company and price was good (included tip and everything around $400 for 3 hours for a 20 passenger mini bus), BUT on the way to the Mansion on O St., the bus driver was making loops and it was getting close to the ceremony time. Finally my dad asked if something was wrong, and he said, Q street right- can't find it. NO THE MANSION ON O STREET! Anyways, everyone arrived, but he did not know where our destination was and didn't appear like he was about to ask for any help - but rather make us all late to our own wedding!

Crystal Classic Coach offered reasonable pricing and a nice fleet of cars and buses, which were the main two reasons that we decided to hire them. We wanted to provide our guests with the convenience of transportation to and from our after party but Crystal did not quite live up to our expectations. It was 7:30pm and the shuttle was still not at the pickup location, We had to call the driver to find out where he was and then run down the street to locate them. We had clearly provided the venue name and address so it seems inexplicable why he was not at the correct location.

At the end of the day, we felt like we spent a lot of money on a service that did not deliver. Our guests were forced to stand around at our reception venue for more than 15 minutes.

Worse service ever. We used the limousine for some birthday party guests. The limousine arrived 35 minutes late. We made several calls to track down the driver, no one contacted us to tell us he would be late. We were the last to arrive at a restaurant affair that we were hosting for 35 people. When I complained about the service, I was told the manager would be in touch. I never heard from him.

I booked Crystal Limo for my wedding guest transportation to and from our wedding venue in Leesburg. The price was absolutely too good to be true, being a full $200 less than all of the other options in the area. Now I understand why - you don't get what you ask for! While the driver was very friendly they did not deliver one what was promised. They did not have signage on the bus like they promised they would and they did not relay our specific drop off and pick up needs, both VERY big issues on the day of a wedding. And then, after our wedding we noticed they had charged the card we had made the reservation with instead of the one we gave them for the charges despite confirming, in writing, via email, that they would use the proper card. In fact, we had even REMOVED our first card from our account online when we made the change which means they must hold our credit card numbers somewhere else. When I wrote to them to complain they offered no solution and a thinly veiled apology and when pushed further, they simply ignored our concerns and stopped responding to emails and phone calls. I will NEVER use them again and I will NEVER recommend them.
