Crystal Bell and her partner were so wonderful, they made me feel like a princess. They were able to reproduce exactly what I was hoping for on the first attempt in their free trial. Crystal was very nice, responsive, and no-nonsense. Since she owns her own company, I didn't have to wonder if my stylist from a random salon would be able to reproduce the photos on her website.

The makeup was spot on, and my hair was compared to Belle from Beauty and the Beast a few times. Even my sisters, who normally are very picky about makeup, loved Crystal and Esme's work. My younger sister even turned to my older sister at one point and said, "No offense, but I like them better than the makeup people you had at your wedding." Not the most tactful, but you get the picture.

Crystal also was great with my flower girl, who really wanted makeup like the big girls - Crystal put on a little eyeshadow on my flower girl even though we had only purchased the hair style. You should have seen the happy look on her face when the flower girl saw her hair, too! It was priceless.
