My only complaints with Crescent are that they moved offices and it was difficult to find, and on the day of the wedding, there was a communication issue and the driver showed up without the snacks and beverages that had been dropped off the day before. The driver quickly solved the problem by going back to the office while we were taking pictures. From there, the service was excellent. Our wedding party thoroughly enjoyed having the Hummer limo. The driver was very nice and professional, and he apologized repeatedly for the mishap.

Would not recommend. Driver didn't show. Confirmed reservation 4 days before wedding. Discussed arrival time, cost, tip amount, destination, stops, etc. with the vendor. Limo did not show up at the church. Called to see if they were coming, we were told that we were not in the book, even though we had already confirmed a few days before and thought everything was squared away. Vendor told us he would send a driver out, they never showed, we tried calling back (many times), our phone calls were not answered. Very poor service.
