The wedding party really appreciated how organized everything was before the wedding. It reduced the stress for both me and my husband. We knew we could totally rely on her. She knew the things we needed to prep in order to make things go smoothly every step of the way.
She is very proactive and had great questions for us. We missed so many little details that she brought up. Helped us prepare better ahead of time. She worked with all our vendors (DJ, photographer, florist) on coordinating the day-of schedule, so we did not need to correspond with all the different parties.

During the wedding, we didn't have to deal with the vendors at all. All of this allowed us to really be fully present and enjoy the special moment with our community. Another major props is that we had an aggressive schedule and she kept us on time! Finally, she also made sure my husband and I got to eat and drink. This was such a nice gesture and surprising since our friends who have gotten married basically said don't even expect to have time to eat at your own wedding.

Several guests came up to us and asked "Who is the lady with the clipboard? She is really organized." That should tell you what a great job Connie did, when even the guests are taking note.

Connie executed everything perfectly on our wedding day and went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly. My husband and I were worry-free on the day and were able to take in every moment! My husband was more and more impressed as the day went by. We were both so grateful for them especially at the end of the night when the wedding was over and we were starving.. we came up to our hotel room and found our food already packed and waiting for us to devour! She covered every little detail possible. She came highly recommended and I too would recommend her.

Connie was very easy to work with and worked hard finding us exactly what we wanted. Always available to talk and answer questions about anything and incredibly knowledgeable.

The appreciation that I have for Connie during the planning of our trip is infinite. She has been extremely patient and accommodating. She NEVER made us feel like we were taking up too much of our time. She spoke with us several time reviewing several different options before deciding on our final destination. She has booked trips our friends and they feel the same way. Connie is awesome, trustworthy, and extremely helpful. There is no doubt that we will continue to use her in the future.

The planning experience with Connie Riker has been a pleasant journey. From the very start Connie has expressed the patience , kindness, and willingness to find us the best deals possible. When we started our planning process, we searched multiple websites and read multiple reviews but something was missing… The experience factor. After several conversations (again did I mention patience) Connie informed us about several resorts solely based on her own personal experience in an interaction with each resort. Her honesty was refreshing and truly appreciated. It made our planning process that much easier. We simply indicated what we preferred and expected and she was able to narrow down the search based on everything we wanted. Furthermore, she gave us several details that we did not even consider prior to speaking with an agent such as the distance from the airport, safety, and excursions. After several years of experiencing life my fiance and I decided to pursue our bachelor degrees in order to become a better example to our children. Due to the hard work and dedication we were finally able to finish an important chapter in both of our lives. Without Connie's assistance we would still be searching for ideal trip. She made the process fun and enjoyable. Since we have family members and friends traveling from different locations, Connie is willing to work with each party individual To guarantee that everyone's needs are accommodated. We will certainly be planning our future trips with Connie… Hopefully sooner rather than later.

Connie was very helpful and got back to me right away when I had questions when we were making reservations for this trip. She was present throughout our stay at Moon Palace and always made sure we were ok, and reminded us of where we should be, etc...
