We got married this past September, and we have so many amazing things to say about CRC. Where to start...

First off, the sprawling property is a hidden treasure, with two wedding venues, RV hookups, tons of on-site accommodations, and mountain views of Temecula valley and so much more, its hard to find a venue packed with so many features.

Bob, the owner, makes you feel so welcomed, you don't feel like another client signing a check, you feel like family once you step foot on CRC. Bob goes out of his way to make sure you and your party are taken care of, you couldn't ask for a better person to do business with!

Our décor guru, Gabby, has a meticulous attention to detail, and is a complete natural at her job. She made the entire planning process a breeze. She listened to our vision, offered valuable suggestions, and ensured that every element, from the floral arrangements to the table settings, reflected our vision. She bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and truly transformed the venue space into a fairytale setting that exceeded our wildest dreams. We can't thank you enough Gabby!! Tracey & Leslie, the heroes behind the scenes. They took charge of absolutely everything from the moment we met with them. They handled every challenge with grace, and made us feel assured that we would be taken care of. From coordinating vendors, rentals, managing food, drinks, table set up, employees, rehearsals, and everything else, they did it ALL. These women worked day and night to get us wedding ready. Together, Leslie and Tracey formed a dynamic duo that is really, really, hard to come by these days. Their commitment to making sure we were happy is unparalleled. Cheers to you two!

We had such a positive and beautiful experience at CRC ranch for our daughter's wedding. CRC is rustic but classy and was the perfect venue. We especially loved all of the Airbnb's on property. This made it incredibly convenient for the entire bridal party and out of town guests. Tracey Schott is phenomenal in every way. She led us to incredible vendors such as our caterer, DJ, florist, photo booth and more. My daughter and her new husband were beyond thrilled with the magic of the day and I have to say it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. We still have guests reaching out to us telling us it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever attended.

I can't say enough about CRC Ranch — from Tracy the wedding coordinator, to Gabby the designer, to Nick (the owner’s son), Rachel the florist, and truly every single vendor we worked with! Everyone was absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure every moment of our special day was perfect. The CRC Ranch team truly listens. They are organized, responsive, professional, and made us feel supported every step of the way. We had just 6 months to plan, and somehow everything came together seamlessly — no stress, just joy. Not only is the venue stunning, but the vendor team they recommend and work with is top-tier. From the photographer to catering, DJ, rentals — everyone was kind, communicative, and clearly passionate about what they do. It felt like having an all-star team behind us the entire day. I cannot even put into words how amazing CRC ranch was to our family. My father in law passed away suddenly and we quickly were tasked with organizing a celebration of life for him with 2 weeks to spare. Tracy, Bob and their team went so above and beyond anything we could have imagined. My husband & I live out of state so that added another level of difficulty but Tracy communicated with me for everything along the way. She gave us some amazing recommendations on other vendors as well as her professional opinions on how to make the day perfect. Her and her team even helped with a personal issue on the day of which gave my family & I huge relief to enjoy the event.

The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous. Our event was held in the barn and it’s just beautiful. Even the dang bathrooms are pristine! The property is another level of excellence and just had us reminiscing of the old days of Temecula and its roots. We could not of asked for a better day. We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at CRC Ranch in Temecula on a beautiful 71-degree January day. It was an amazing experience!
Our family and the Groom’s family were able to stay on site at the Villa and Cottages for several days. It was a great way to be together and made for a festive weekend. It was fun that there was a rodeo on site the same weekend – great entertainment for all.
The grassy ceremony lawn and stage with archway were an ideal setting, and were so conveniently located next to the Ranch House and Bunk House where the wedding party got ready. The outside cocktail area and reception Barn were steps away and exactly the rustic elegance and charm our daughter envisioned. In spite of recent high winds in the area, it was clean and beautiful.
The staff at CRC were extremely helpful and organized. They took time in the months ahead of the wedding to capture the vision and then they skillfully set up, directed the flow of the event, and cleaned up for us!
The venue’s recommended florist, caterer, and photographer were top notch. Shout out especially to Tracey, and also to Leslie and Nick for making this an outstanding event. Many of our guests told us it was one of the best weddings they had ever attended! It exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend CRC Ranch to anyone wishing to host a wedding!!

I had my bridal shower at the villa at CRC and to say it was an amazing experience would be an understatement! The venue was beautiful. The staff was professional and a breeze to work with! Tracey, Leslie, and Gabby are truly the dream team! These ladies worked so hard to make my vision come to life in such a short amount of time! Down to every little detail they listened and delivered! I highly recommend booking with CRC! You will not be disappointed!

Where do i even begin?! So we originally booked a different venue and a year later we found out it got shut down by the county. My fiancé and i searched for a new venue and came across CRC Ranch. When we first toured it we totally got Yellowstone vibes, which we both LOVED, and knew this was THE place for us. This venue is BEAUTIFUL.
The owner Bob heard about our situation with the previous venue and was willing to help us out, which we were so appreciative for. Then we met Tracey and Leslie. These two ladies were so amazing. They knew i was disappointed about my previous venue and they told me they would do everything they could to make my day amazing.. and they definitely exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to work with, incredibly helpful, and so sweet. They truly do care about each and every bride and it shows.. We got married on November 11th and it was one of the best days of my life. From the Ranch house to the ceremony site to the barn we had the reception in, everything was perfect. Everything was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. I wish i could re-live my day over and over. It was everything i could have wanted and more. I can not recommend this place enough! Thank you so so much!

This past weekend we had our wedding at California Ranch Company (CRC). This was an absolute dream wedding! Little about us. My husband and I are avid horse people and it was very important we had our horses as part of our wedding. We looked at several venues and CRC just felt the most like us. We worked with Tracey and Leslie, told them what we wanted and those girls made it happen!! We had the ultimate ranch dream wedding and I was able to turn a few barrels in my dress. Tracey was very responsive and easy to work with, she did really well making sure all the little details we wanted were handled and even went above and beyond. The catering and food was absolutely outstanding, the dj was really good! I feel like my playlist was a bit of a challenge and he coordinated it as if we practiced it several times. Everything was absolutely seamless and exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. A dream facility for many equestrians, it's also a working ranch which was really neat to have rodeo events for the guests to see before the ceremony. During and after the ceremony and reception I had numerous people come up and tell me how this was one of the best experiences and weddings they have ever attended. Many of these were seasoned wedding goers and those compliments were the cherry on top!

A huge thank you to the CRC staff. Bob for allowing us to treat the ranch as our own for our stay. Tracey for handling all the questions, coordinations and more. Leslie for going above and beyond to make my special signature drinks and also assisting with coordinations. The rest of the staff you do a wonderful job maintaining the facility, everyone we met and spoke to was very friendly and welcoming.

If you are looking for a ranch wedding this is absolutely the place to book. It's well worth it and you won't be disappointed! This was the best wedding I've ever been to and I am so glad it was mine!!
