We had such a positive and beautiful experience at CRC ranch for our daughter's wedding. CRC is rustic but classy and was the perfect venue. We especially loved all of the Airbnb's on property. This made it incredibly convenient for the entire bridal party and out of town guests. Tracey Schott is phenomenal in every way. She led us to incredible vendors such as our caterer, DJ, florist, photo booth and more. My daughter and her new husband were beyond thrilled with the magic of the day and I have to say it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. We still have guests reaching out to us telling us it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they've ever attended. -

I can't say enough about CRC Ranch — from Tracy the wedding coordinator, to Gabby the designer, to Nick (the owner’s son), Rachel the florist, and truly every single vendor we worked with! Everyone was absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure every moment of our special day was perfect. The CRC Ranch team truly listens. They are organized, responsive, professional, and made us feel supported every step of the way. We had just 6 months to plan, and somehow everything came together seamlessly — no stress, just joy. Not only is the venue stunning, but the vendor team they recommend and work with is top-tier. From the photographer to catering, DJ, rentals — everyone was kind, communicative, and clearly passionate about what they do. It felt like having an all-star team behind us the entire day. If you're looking for a wedding venue in Temecula, CRC Ranch is it. It far surpassed every winery we toured. This place is a hidden gem, and I would recommend them a hundred times over! -

Where do i even begin?! So we originally booked a different venue and a year later we found out it got shut down by the county. My fiancé and i searched for a new venue and came across CRC Ranch. When we first toured it we totally got Yellowstone vibes, which we both LOVED, and knew this was THE place for us. This venue is BEAUTIFUL.
The owner Bob heard about our situation with the previous venue and was willing to help us out, which we were so appreciative for. Then we met Tracey and Leslie. These two ladies were so amazing. They knew i was disappointed about my previous venue and they told me they would do everything they could to make my day amazing.. and they definitely exceeded my expectations. They were so easy to work with, incredibly helpful, and so sweet. They truly do care about each and every bride and it shows.. We got married on November 11th and it was one of the best days of my life. From the Ranch house to the ceremony site to the barn we had the reception in, everything was perfect. Everything was clean and the grounds were well taken care of. I wish i could re-live my day over and over. It was everything i could have wanted and more. I can not recommend this place enough! Thank you so so much! -

Perfect Ranch Dream Wedding
This past weekend we had our wedding at California Ranch Company (CRC). This was an absolute dream wedding! Little about us. My husband and I are avid horse people and it was very important we had our horses as part of our wedding. We looked at several venues and CRC just felt the most like us. We worked with Tracey and Leslie, told them what we wanted and those girls made it happen!! We had the ultimate ranch dream wedding and I was able to turn a few barrels in my dress. Tracey was very responsive and easy to work with, she did really well making sure all the little details we wanted were handled and even went above and beyond. The catering and food was absolutely outstanding, the dj was really good! I feel like my playlist was a bit of a challenge and he coordinated it as if we practiced it several times. Everything was absolutely seamless and exceeded all expectations. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. A dream facility for many equestrians, it's also a working ranch which was really neat to have rodeo events for the guests to see before the ceremony. During and after the ceremony and reception I had numerous people come up and tell me how this was one of the best experiences and weddings they have ever attended. Many of these were seasoned wedding goers and those compliments were the cherry on top!
A huge thank you to the CRC staff. Bob for allowing us to treat the ranch as our own for our stay. Tracey for handling all the questions, coordinations and more. Leslie for going above and beyond to make my special signature drinks and also assisting with coordinations. The rest of the staff you do a wonderful job maintaining the facility, everyone we met and spoke to was very friendly and welcoming.
If you are looking for a ranch wedding this is absolutely the place to book. It's well worth it and you won't be disappointed! This was the best wedding I've ever been to and I am so glad it was mine!!

Wonderful venue!
We just had our wedding at CRC in September, and it was absolutely magical. The ranch itself is beautiful and well-kept and has a rustic feel, but with all the modern amenities. Tracey is always super responsive and organized, which helped the day go as smoothly as possible and stress free! I definitely felt like the staff at CRC went out of their way to provide an amazing day and add special touches that we will remember forever. The vendors are all great; catering is delicious, the DJ is awesome, and the decor vendor set up everything beautifully. We also rented the houses onsite, which is super fun for family to stay in and all hangout throughout the weekend. It was everything I hoped for and more. I still have friends and guests saying it was the best wedding they've been to, and it was all brought to life by CRC. -

Our wedding on CRC Ranch was exactly what we dreamed of! Tracy and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Our entire wedding party stayed in the Ranch House which was the best experience to be on site all weekend. Our party reception in The Barn was so much fun! Our photos turned out perfect for our rustic vibe with the ranch in the background. Thank you CRC for ensuring we had an incredible wedding! -

Perfect Wedding Venue
The perfect place to have a wedding. From start to finish, everyone was so amazing to us, especially Tracey. She went out of her way to make sure everything went smoothly, from making phone calls to the vendors, to setting up a perfect timeline, to going out of her way to find sparklers we had forgotten for our grand entrance with only an hour to spare. The air bnbs on site are beautiful and super convenient. No one has to travel for a place to stay or to get ready at. The outdoor areas are perfectly groomed and ready for the wedding day. 10/10 experience...I wish I could relive it every weekend. -

Dream come true
This venue is right out of a Halmark movie. So beautiful and romantic. They have 2 coordinators Tracey and Leslie that made everything run smoothly. I highly recommend this venue. -

Truly the best experience we could have asked for!
We had the BEST experience having our wedding at CRC! Having the day of wedding coordinator was SO helpful! She took care of everything and made the day run so smoothly. Even if there were issues that came up, they were handled and taken care of without having to speak with us which created an stress-free experience . We stayed on the property for both the night before and the night of the wedding. We loved that we were able to do everything in one place for the wedding weekend including our rehearsal dinner. Everyone was so attentive and kind and helpful. Truly the best experience we could have asked for! -

The food, customer service, facilities and overall atmosphere at this GORGEOUS ranch is TOP-NOTCH!
CRC definitely exceeded our expectations! I know that future brides to be will love hearing how seamless I found the the planning process to be with the CRC Event Team. The folks at CRC thought of everything, which enabled all of us to ENJOY THE DAY! We especially appreciated the lovely professional photos that were taken

We recently toured this beautiful property for our son's upcoming wedding. Annie and her team were extremely helpful and accommodating to all of our wishes. We are coming from out of town and needed additional help with hotels, other local vendors, and general information about Temecula. The CRC team was quick to respond and met our needs excellently! Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, and California Ranch Company played a huge role in making it all come together seamlessly. We had a day-of wedding coordinator who was amazing at ensuring everything ran smoothly. From helping us finalize the timeline to being available for communication whenever we needed, they truly made the planning process stress-free. They also knew exactly what questions to ask to ensure no detail was overlooked, making sure our big day was perfect.
The venue itself was absolutely stunning! The outdoor ceremony space had a breathtaking view with a beautiful sunset, and the indoor reception in the barn was charming and rustic, offering the perfect vibe for our celebration. Plus, the horses on the property added such a unique touch.
California Ranch Company was also very accommodating with our request for a live band, which was a huge highlight of the evening. We also received great recommendations for food (Pete’s BBQ was a hit!) and desserts (the mini pies were a crowd favorite!).
We loved that we were able to host both of our families from Thursday through Sunday, especially with many of them traveling from out of state. The ability to get ready on the property made everything so much easier.
Overall, it was the perfect venue for us, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend California Ranch Company to other couples looking for a beautiful, memorable wedding experience!
