Country Rose Florist is the perfect little unassuming mom and pop florist in a strip mall in Bethlehem that will provide great attention to your flowers and details of the big day at a fraction of the cost. I didn't want to overspend on flowers for my wedding since I already went all out on photography, videography and band, and called a few places before here and was immediately annoyed that they spoke as if flowers were the most important aspect so had to be grand (read: pricier!) and also one that kept calling me "Bride" even though I told her my name! Then I luckily found Janelle and Country Rose Florist, who set up an appointment where she listened to my ideas and provided ideas on how to make beautiful but affordable centerpieces ($25-$30 per table was my max so we went with baby's breath in short square glass vases with gold ribbon which I got to keep after so great for future parties!), ideas on bridesmaids flowers (mini orchids, dendrobiums, won, something I didn't even know existed but I love orchids so perfect suggestion!), and of course the only flowers I really cared about, mine! I wanted an old school cascading bouquet with ivory roses and orchids and they pulled it off more perfect than I could have imagined. It really stands out in the photos and I have gotten so many compliments. The bridesmaids flowers were gorgeous as well and a little different than I thought we had originally discussed but actually ended up working well since they laid better for pictures/walking with the groomsmen! The men's flowers and altar pieces (which we got to keep and then use at the reception for decoration) were great too, well-priced and held up through the long but fun day! They were responsive to calls, easy to work with, and delivered timely to 2 locations. I highly recommend Country Rose if you want classic beautiful flowers at an affordable price!
