Cordúa and his son David have a culinary reputation unequaled in Houston. Michael, with seven highly respected restaurants to his credit – Américas, Churrascos, Artista, Amazón Grill – is the only chef in Texas inducted into Food & Wine magazine’s “Hall of Fame.” David, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, is recognized for his fine technique and food artistry, and he was named “2012 Upcoming Chef of the Year” by My Table magazine.
