Marc at Churrascos was great to work with and very quick to reply. We selected our favorite items that were not on the menu and they were more than accommodating. The food was delicious from the appetizers to the late night bites!

We were so excited to see Churrascos Catering as a preferred vendor for our daughter’s wedding! Erin was so easy to work with and set up an unforgettable tasting!
Everything was perfect! The food was absolutely delicious and so may guests let us know too. We had unique appetizers followed by a steak/chicken duo with amazing sides and of course plantains. We highly recommend making your wedding fabulous with catering from Churrascos!

I met about 3 catering vendors before I decided on Churrascos, and I can't even believe I even went through all that trouble. They were my first tasting and last tasting. At first, I was hesitant to move forward with them because Churrascos was the preferred vendor at Chateau Cocomar, my venue only because I know Churrascos restaurant and not the catering side. Plus, I don't like to be told to limit my options...however, Churrascos had a lot of different options to choose from whether it be buffet, seated, family-style etc. We ended up choosing seating and I believe we chose the premium menu. WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY.

Not only was Churrascos so easy to work with, they were responsive, engaged, flexible, and their staff, from what I experienced, will do anything to make your day go as smoothly and as tastefully as possible. The food was delicious and I heard this from several of my guests. I haven't even spoke to half my guests yet, but I'm almost sure they would commend our catering choice. I did not hear a single complaint about our chosen menu selection. We had the Arugula Salad as a salad, main courses included the Grilled Salmon and Chata Andina with grilled asparagus and mushroom risotto. I come from an Asian family and no one complained it wasn't asian family-style. Do you realize that's a miracle?

The bar was also well-staffed, well-stocked, and kept the drinks coming to our guests. We even had wine service during dinner, it was just the cherry on-top. The service during cocktail hour with appetizers, the orchestrated serving of the main courses during our wedding program, and to the cake service through to giving us our leftovers as the bride and groom, I can only give Churrascos a GOLDEN star.

I wasn't the easiest bride when it came to tasting (it took me 2) and I wasn't the nicest when it came to telling Churrascos my MUST HAVE liquors. But this vendor came through for me and my husband and I can only thank them for the exquisite service that they provided for our wedding. Perfect choice for the most perfect day.

We hired Churrascos to cater our wedding with one goal in mind. We wanted good food that people actually want and they DELIVERED. The food at our wedding was as good as it tasted during our tasting which is SO impressive given that we were feeding 150 people. We went a less traditional route, having a huge BEAUTIFUL charcuterie board for cocktail hour, and pizza / pasta / salad during our reception. The potato pizza is EVERYTHING, the live chef pasta station was a HIT, and we received SO many compliments for having a meal that people actually wanted and enjoyed. Churrascos was so professional and easy to work with (shoutout Erin, thank you for everything) and exceeded our expectations. I cannot recommend them enough.

I am thrilled we chose Churrascos for our wedding day. From start to finish, they were so incredible to work with. Erin guided us through the process and helped us craft our dream menu. She even worked to create a new entrée for us when what we had wanted wasn’t originally on the selection list. Our guests loved the food: people have gone out of their way to tell us how delicious the hors d'oeuvres and meal were. The Churrascos team was so professional – showing up on time and executing on what was promised perfectly. The food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing as well. Erin answered all of our questions throughout the process and helped make sure every detail was right for the day. She coordinated a flawless evening, and I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Erin is the BEST! From the first inquiry to our tasting to our wedding day, she displayed professionalism and enthusiasm. Her responsiveness is second to none and I am so glad we booked with Churrascos. Erin took such detailed notes at our tasting that they remembered the special spicy sauce I liked for our wedding day and when we left the venue, we had fresh food packed to-go for us. Our guests still rave about how it was hands down the best wedding food they have ever had. Thank you so much for everything Erin and team!!

When deciding on our caterer our biggest priority was making sure the food would be delicious. We all know wedding food has a tendency to be bland and forgetful. Rest assured, that will not be the case. We received several compliments!! It was absolutely delicious.

I would be remiss not to give Erin the highest praise. She was INCREDIBLE to work with. She was always so responsive and answered all of my questions. I cannot recommend enough!!

Churrasco's and their team were absolutely amazing. We worked with Marc for the catering for our wedding this December, and he was so attentive to our needs and vision. He was definitely "on the same page" as us from the start, which is invaluable in wedding planning! We still have people telling us how good the food was (IT'S SO GOOD) and everything ran so smoothly. Just so much fun and a really great experience start to finish.

This team was an absolute blast to work with! It was my first wedding in Texas so I had big expectations for food and they far surpassed it! They had everything running so smoothly which is important when there’s a lot of guests. Highly recommend!

Our guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed the food. Churrascos was one of the vendors in the package we selected at 15 Acres.
We decided on the Rio Package. Appetizers- Taquitos de malanga and Plantain chips with Chimichurri and Red sauce. Salad- Mixed green salad (Organic greens, heart of palm, tomato, red onion, cilantro dressing and cotija cheese). The combination of the appetizers and the open bar made a lot of guests happy! The main course- Beef tenderloin tips with mushroom sherry, Chicken breast with mild onion jalapeño crema sauce, Grilled seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. We had around 100 guests and everyone ate delicious and well.
