I started this company under a year ago and it's my goal to give couples the wedding cake of their dreams that won't take a bite out if their budget. The most important thing besides the bride & groom that people will look forward to seeing is the wedding cake because it is the most important staple at every wedding so it should be nothing short of fabulous! The downside to having an all real cake is ... It will only have as many tiers as necessary to feed the number of guests. With a fake cake I can give you the wow factor with a much taller cake so it will be unforgettable! I have a cut out section on the very bottom tier that is filled with real cake so you could slice into it in front of all your guests. There will be fresh sheetcakes provided by your venue or me that will serve your guests- because afterall real or faux who will know?
