I loved my dress!! The ladies there are so wonderful too!! The price of the dress was about the same as other places, but they include alterations! You can spend almost the cost of a dress in alterations if you are not careful!! Every one there was so nice and the dress fit perfectly and was gorgeous!! The only draw back is that sometimes they do not have a lot of dresses to try on, but if you have one you like and they can order it at least I would go through them!! I would definately recommend them!!!

I drive by Cooley's and saw my dress in the window. I thought it would be way too expensive, but one day I finally went in to ask how much it was. It was NOT too expensive. I found my dress in an instant, and Cooley's made it a great experience.

Janet was extremely helpful and did everything possible to make sure my dress and veil were perfect, and that I had it in plenty time for the wedding. I developed a close relationship with Janet because of the friendly service she provided. It wasn't like working with a sales associate who is just trying to get commission. She really cared and treated me and my whole family with sincerity. I would definitely encourage anywhere getting married to look into buying your dress through Cooley's. Not only will she order any dress you'd like, the alterations are free!

Cooley's is a hidden gem! The staff is wonderful and was sensitive to my every need. Excellent communication and gave me the best value around. If you are looking for a dress from the Mori Lee line then please use Cooley's!

I don't see how they found anything in the mess that was in the shop.

Staff is friendly, very courteous, willing to assist with whatever. However, upon entering the store things were piled up, At first I thought a shipment had been received. WRONG! looking closer, things were in a discarded in piles, carry out bags crumbled and tossed about, junk mail in a pile, display counters covered with discarded items, dusty, very dated, carpet held together with duct tape (careful walking, you could trip!). I was astonished of how sloppy it was inside. Never would I expect a place that is to help make your day a memorable one could even be trusted. Unbelievable. I certainly hope they see this review and CLEAN THE PLACE UP! Huge potential and staff is great. The first impression is TERRIBLE. I couldn't bare to even trust a place to help with a dress when the products on the floor were kept in such a poor state.

I had my alterations done for my wedding dress at Cooley's that I purchased elsewhere. It is a very run down shop and their green carpet stained a little bit of my white wedding shoes and the bottom of my wedding dress, luckily it came out at the cleaners. My hem was done fine as far as length, and they were fast with the alterations and their price can't be beat, but the woman that did my bustle was terrible. For one I had a long train, not cathedral length, but a chapel train, and it was a very full skirt, lots of material. My grandmother is a very good seamstress but she lived too far to be able to do my alterations unfortunately. My dress was done in an under bustle, or French bustle. It had many pick-ups and was very full like I said. When I was getting the bustle done I thought it would be fine and they told me it was the shortest they could make it, and I having only worn one wedding dress I believed them. On my wedding day my grandmother, wedding coordinator and mother all mentioned how it should have been double bustled at least to pick up some of the extra room on the back that still looked like quite a bit of train on the ground. It was hard to dance with and we ended up using safety pins and whatnot to make it more manageable, useless bustling.
Needless to say I would not recommend paying for their alterations, if you get them for free with your dress good for you, but don't go there for anything else. I was entirely disappointed with my bustle and it was a big hassle on my wedding day.
