I custom-design each cake to fit the parties theme, and gladly accept customer input on the custom design. My made from scratch Vanilla Buttercream Icing is what sets me apart from the rest. My unique ability to draw/paint on fondant from memory is a factor that makes my cakes stand out from other bakeries. I take pride in every cake or cupcake that I do, to ensure that each customer receives a high quality dessert for their special occasion.
I also offer Pies During the Holiday Season!!!!

Amazing cake!
I’m so happy I found Confections of a Redhead! The cake for my wedding was not only beautiful but delicious! I had a simple vanilla naked 3 tier cake. It was the best cake I’ve had! It was delivered to the zoo in perfect condition. I also ordered several dozen decorated cookies for party favors. They were the cutest little animal cookies that were soft with delicious frosting. I normally do not like decorated cookies because they are often hard with unappealing frosting but these were just the opposite! I didn’t take any photos but I included a few some guests had taken. -

One of the most delicious wedding cake I have had in a long time. My was a marbel cake with chocolate filling and the unfinished butter cream frosting. Everyone eat all of it and me the bride only had a tiny piece and couldn't find any more. I wish I could request a little one just for me. ❤🥂🍾💎💍 -

Ashley at Confections of a Redhead makes the best cakes and desserts! I am a wedding planner and have used Ashley now multiple times. She has always been dependable and given a lot of insight on ideas of themes, etc. I would highly recommend Ashley for any type of dessert you're looking to do. She is also very affordable and gets back to you right away. She makes awesome macaroons too, and if you like cheesecake, it was the best I ever had! I highly recommend Ashley to make your wedding cake/ desserts!!
