Delicious! Jose blew us away from the very beginning. Our venue (Bridlewood Ranch) is all inclusive with multiple vendor options. We went to two catering tastings and there was no competition. Jose hit it out of the park and we knew we HAD to have Confectionately Confections cater our wedding! From the very beginning, the presentation of the food at our tasting (Sept. 2024) was professional and there was plenty for us to try. We had a vision for our wedding which included a seasonal Fall menu. Jose made that vision come to life by crafting our menu to include chicken skewers with maple bourbon glaze and baked brie with fig preserves as our appetizers, bourbon-apple butter BBQ chicken, beef with cranberry red wine reduction, seasonal roasted vegetables, roasted butternut squash, mixed green salad with balsamic and ranch dressing, and freshly baked rolls. On the day of our wedding (Nov. 2025), Confectionately Confections was on time and appetizers and dinner service ran smoothly. We loved the food and it tasted just as good, if not better, as the day of our tasting! Our guests raved about the bourbon-apple butter BBQ chicken - it was tender, moist, and you could cut it with a fork! Importantly, I am dairy free and Jose was able to make the entire menu (minus the baked brie and ranch dressing) dairy free!
