Dj by Todd was amazing did everything we asked for and more!!! Kept guest Entertained throughout the whole night.

We selected Complete for DJ services only and were very happy with how the event was run. Timely and thorough communication from the start reassured us that the info we provided in the on-boarding questionnaire was received. Kaleb did great with intros, transitions, and discerning which crowd requests to accommodate.

Jeff Hovel the videographer was amazing! He did such a great job, went above and beyond, and made sure to capture every moment of our day. He truly is passionate at his job and has so much experience. He worked very well with all other vendors and seemed to have a lot of fun! Will always recommend him! Also, the manager Rob has been a dream to work with. He is constantly doing everything he can to make your day perfect

The value for Complete is awesome. We got a DJ and photobooth for a really great price! I can't wait to see what they can do!!!

Our DJ was phenomenal! He was energetic and outgoing and really kept the guests entertained throughout the night. I was impressed with him from our first phone call and was not disappointed when it came time for the reception! He played a good mix of music and did a great job of communicating with us throughout the dinner and dance while still keeping important things on track (first dance, cake cutting, etc.). We didn't have a wedding party dance/song picked out so he came up with a dance competition idea that was so much fun! Our guests are still talking about how much fun it was and what a great idea it was! We were able to get our DJ and photographer through Complete Rochester for half the price that other photographers in the area wanted for their photography services alone. Since Complete Rochester operates as a "contractor" type business it was a little strange not knowing who our exact photographer or DJ would be until close to the wedding, but all of their staff are very professional and do great work, I'm sure we would have been happy to have any one of them provide our services at the wedding. We were completely happy with the photographer and DJ we had for our wedding and were glad to find a company for half the cost but all of the same quality as other businesses.

We had our wedding at the Mayowood Stone Barn. They the Barn has part of the sound system installed where the DJ plugs in. Prior to the event I verified with the owner that the DJ had been to our venue and knew how to set up. We found out the day of our wedding that the DJ could not figure out how to hook up to the system so they had to call the venue coordinator to do it for the DJ.
Second of all, we talked to Mike our DJ the Thursday before our Saturday wedding. Prior to that we had e-mailed Lesa our song list that included name and artist. He did have it the night of our conversation. They did not have anything online available to make your own play list which is inconvenient. So we put it in word (we spent forever on You Tube searching for the songs). Anyways, we outlined the entire night from the entrance to the last dance of the night. Explained how we wanted the night to flow...start our with the mother/son, father/daughter, my girl friends and I had a line dance, we did not do garter, bouquet, dollar dance, anything crazy like that because its just not us, and we explained it all. We asked for oldies and polka early in the night, country, and towards the end of the night we asked that they play the hip hop/typical dance songs. NOTHING happened as such except for the mother/son, father/daughter dance.
Our entrance was planned on Thursday when we talked...but the DJ forgot because he came into the girls dressing room to ask what we were going to do.
We had a guest come up to us to tell us that Mike was the same DJ that did their wedding a few weeks prior and basically summed it up by saying he was not impressed. Either were we.
The transitions between the songs were HORRIBLE. He would stop a song and then start the next one-there was no fade in fade out. He cut off our line dance song abruptly.
Only vendor of our day we were not happy with.

We had complaints from several wedding guests about the DJ at our wedding being rude to them and after talking to the owner of the company (Rob) I can see where the poor attitude comes from. We also had problems with the DJ not playing the type of music we asked for and not playing people’s requests. My wife and I had a 25 minute conversation with the owner of the company regarding our complaints 2 weeks after our wedding in which he told us we were lying about every thing to try and get a refund and he hung up on us. Not once in any interaction with any one from this company did I say anything about getting money back. Beware if you use this company, they are completely unreceptive to any criticism and will only make excuses for why they didn’t do what you asked of them.
