Lauren was the first and only caterer I met with because she is such a wonderful woman and the best caterer. I felt so reassured talking to her about our menu desires and her willingness to accommodate our variety of food allergies. She presented two wonderful menus for us to choose from based off of our must have and wish we could have list and we were able to find a good mix that fit our budget but provided our guests with as many options as possible. After finalizing our menu about 6 months before our wedding I was stress free about the food from there on out. She ensures you and the wedding party have food plates after the ceremony, provided full bar service, cleaned up a keg disaster (that I didn't even know about until the next day!!), removed plates/cups throughout the night and cleaned those plus the entire kitchen. The kitchen looked like it hadn't even been touched the next day, we literally had nothing to do in there except get the leftover food she had stored for us. They even helped put our cupcakes into the favor boxes for us! I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Lauren. She provides quality (local/organic) ingredients in delicious recipes and her crew is friendly, efficient, and really ensures your night goes smoothly!!
