Not only were they kind, efficient, and professional, they made us feel very special during the process. Jeff and Rena are an incredible team and I can't recommend them enough. If you want to skip right to it, our wedding pictures turned out incredibly stunning! Hire them! If you want details, stay tuned. We first met with Jeff to interview him and walked out with our photographer. He was so pleasant and easy to talk to, came prepared and answered all of our questions (we had a list!). A few months later Jeff and Rena met us in Flagstaff to take our engagement photos. My husband and I originally met at a country dive bar so chose that for our first location and somehow these two made the photos look amazing even in that setting! We then found some fun spots in the woods and of course those were gorgeous as well. The week of our wedding we learned Rena had COVID! Jeff called and apologized and explained to us what would happen now. He had several replacements lined up and sent me links to check them out. We were bummed due to the relationship we had developed with them two, but knew they had us covered. A couple days later Jeff surprised us with a negative COVID test and he had been quarantined two weeks, so we were lucky enough to still get half of the team. Jeff still showed up with 3 others to help him out. We received over 1,000 photo's a month after our wedding and they are indescribable. They captured so many candid's while still checking every box on our list of people that needed to be photographed that night. Jeff and Rena are kind people who care. I cannot say enough good things! Jeff and Rena were so much fun to work with! We did our engagement photos with them as well as our wedding photos and my wife and I could not be happier. We cannot wait to see what they have for our wedding photos, but if they are anything like how our engagement photos turned out then I know they will be spectacular. More than anything they were just such a pleasure to work with. It is tough to balance fun and professional but they did it so well.
