Coleen’s Flower Shop did the florals for our August 2022 wedding. From the first conversation, Coleen was extremely practical and helpful in identifying the right type and quantity of flowers that would fit our vision for our day, while staying within our budget. Ahead of our tasting, Coleen’s created and delivered a small centerpiece arrangement to our venue for us to use in selecting linens.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Coleen and Michaela were extremely communicative with us as we refined the floral order and worked with us to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. In particular, they worked with us to ensure that the chuppah (Jewish wedding canopy) followed Jewish customs and looked perfect as a focal point for our ceremony.

On the day of the wedding, the florals arrived in a timely manner, fit the color scheme and style of the wedding perfectly, and were just absolutely beautiful. From the bouquets, to the boutonnieres and the centerpieces, we got so many compliments on our florals and were happy to share the centerpieces with guests afterwards and preserve our flowers to remember our day by. Most memorable was the chuppah, which was STUNNING. We couldn’t have asked for a better florist to work with.

My experience with Coleen was absolutely amazing! She was kind enough to take me as a walk-in off the street a few months before my wedding, and dropped everything to work with my on my ideas and budget. She offered realistic suggestions and ultimately created the most beautiful bouquet and arrangements for my ceremony and reception, including a flower wand for my 19 month old niece/flower girl! The flowers were stunning and exactly as I envisioned! My experience with Coleen was wonderful - she was professional, creative and absolutely awesome - she's the best!

I heard about Coleen's from my boss who refuses to buy flowers anywhere else. I worked with Deanna at Coleen's and she was so friendly and helpful! She gave us so many great ideas and worked with the ones we had. She was extremely responsive and professional and the quality of her work on the wedding day was amazing. We were so glad we went with them! The value was amazing and compared to the other vendors we went to (5 total), they were the best value and offered the best quality!

I went in for a consultation and walked up to the girl at the front counter who just looked at me and didn't even say hello. I introduced myself and said I had a consult booked in she said, 'ok hang on' and went to look for Coleen. Coleen came out and introduced herself and walked over to the table to show us some floral books. It was strange though as she sat down and started opening up books and didn't ask my mother and I to sit at the table. Call me old fashioned but having a bit of manners really goes a long way, especially when you are in the customer service industry. So anyways, my mom and I looked at each and just decided to sit down and we discussed some options. She was going to get back to me within the week with prices.

Well, 8 months later I get an email from Deanna asking if I am still going to go ahead with the flowers. This was the first email I had received from them. I didn't write back right away and so a few days later I got another email from them chasing up again. By this point I had already booked everything with another florist, a reliable and helpful one that did a fabulous job, and I let them know I booked elsewhere and explained why.

Good manners and good customer service skills really pay off, hopefully they will be able to manage this better in the future.
