We had such a wonderful experience working with Karan and Christina for our wedding. I originally chose them because I loved the colors, composition, and overall feel of their portfolio. The pricing also felt right for us, especially since we were having a shorter event without a formal ceremony. Their work felt professional without taking itself too seriously, which matched the exact vibe we wanted for the wedding.

When I first spoke with Karan, I immediately felt like the experience would be casual and comfortable. One thing I appreciated was that I mentioned we didn’t really want posed photos, and he was honest in saying he would still encourage us to take some because it’s an important day and we’d likely want them later. I really respected that balance — they had a clear point of view and experience without ever feeling pushy.

Leading up to the wedding, communication was smooth and easy. A couple weeks beforehand, Christina asked me to send inspiration photos so she could understand the vibe we wanted. Interestingly, while collecting examples, I realized most of the images I gravitated toward were already from her portfolio, which felt like a very good sign.

The wedding day itself was actually my first time meeting Christina in person, and I was nervous because I never take photos and had never done professional photos with a stranger before. But she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was genuinely fun to be around and also incredibly diligent — constantly finding different angles, moments, and compositions. She worked quickly, guided us naturally into poses, and somehow made the whole process feel effortless instead of awkward.

One thing I especially appreciated was all the small guidance she gave throughout the day. For example, I had my hair pulled very tightly back into a bun, and she kept gently reminding me to turn my head slightly during photos. Looking back at the pictures, I’m so grateful because those little adjustments made such a difference. It showed how attentive and experienced she is in noticing details that most people would never think about themselves.

The turnaround time was also shockingly fast — we got our photos back in about a week — and there was such a huge variety of shots. One thing that mattered a lot to me was getting candid photos of our guests, and Christina captured so many beautiful moments between family and friends that I didn’t even realize were happening at the time.

Honestly, one of my biggest surprises about weddings in general was how much time is spent taking photos. Since I’d never been married before, I didn’t realize photography would be such a major part of the day. But because Christina was there, I felt comfortable the entire time. Somehow she felt like a close friend by the end of it, which is hard to explain but made such a difference.

We had a relatively small multicultural wedding with about 60 people, and we’re also very camera shy, so finding the right photographer felt especially important. The photos and overall experience exceeded our expectations, and I would absolutely recommend them to couples looking for someone who can make them feel comfortable while still delivering beautiful, thoughtful, and candid photography.

From helping direct us for the perfect shots to making us feel comfortable in front of the camera, they truly made the experience fun and stress-free. They didn’t miss a single detail, every shot we hoped for, they delivered (and then some!). On top of that, they edited the photos in the exact style we wanted and even shared a sneak peek gallery so we could post a few favorites right away. We are so grateful to have these memories preserved so beautifully. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and genuinely caring team!
