We used for DJ Clife for our wedding 09/2023 and couldn't be happier! When looking for wedding DJs it can be tough to know what you're getting for your money. At first I was cautious as he is on the higher end of price ranges but noticed the higher ratings to match. I would say without a doubt DJ Clife Company was a perfect choice for us! We had several zoom meetings to discuss the vibe and creative view of our day and then focusing more on logistics and specifics for the night.

Our wedding had some specific scheduling needs including a 15 minute dance session at the beginning of the reception, 2 dance numbers, choregraphed formal dances and other surprises. Clife Estores delivered on every detail that was needed from the beginning of the day until the end.

Using the "Vibo" app helped us drop in songs and add information for our schedule to keep our conversations focused on what was needed - we enjoyed this process. Leading up to the wedding he was quick to respond to e-mails/texts with last minute questions or changed plans.

My main concern was finding a DJ who truly mixed the music like you would hear in a club/party atmosphere with the best 2-3 minutes of the song played and rolling right into the next song. I asked for a constant variety of music genres so it didn't fall into that typical wedding format.

Clife delivered some of the best music mixes I've ever heard! All of my guests commented on how great the music was and everyone from people who love to dance to those just watching all said how they really felt the party vibe. A couple commented that they planned to leave when the music slowed down and it never did so they stayed all night! He truly set the atmosphere in a positive direction and we had the best night of our lives!

If you are unsure of the cost I can assure you he is worth the expense and truly created a great atmosphere for everyone!

Room Uplighting, 4 moving spotlights and 2 sparklers - all enhanced the night!

For anyone who has a lot of dancers in their guest list I would suggest looking into the LED dance floor with "Unique Events" in Cedar Rapids, IA. Pricey, but the DJ and dance floor were the most talked about from our guests.

We had DJ Clife and team for our New Year's Eve wedding and couldn't have been more happy with our choice. Clife provides outstanding preparation with attention to detail that ensures the entertainment and production for your day are exactly what YOU are looking for! To give a little insight on his process - we had multiple zoom meetings to go over the schedule of events and discuss details (what type of music you'd like, entrances, lighting, speeches, etc.). It's truly impressive how Clife is able to take what we discuss in those meetings and bring your dream to life. Everything flowed perfectly and really fit our vision.

Some additional features we utilized that Clife offers included the Saxophone player, 360 photo booth, and videographer. One especially cool and unique feature the videographer offers was a same day professionally edited video that we were able to watch alongside our wedding guests later in the night. Very impressive turn around time to put that together and it was super well done!

If you are looking for enhanced production value and someone to entertain your guests in a way that uniquely fits your vibe, Clife and his team are an 11/10 recommendation.. Extremely worth it!

We HIGHLY recommend DJ Russ through Clife DJ Company! Our entire experience—with both the company and DJ Russ himself—was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, incredibly attentive to detail, and truly committed to making our night perfect. The communication leading up to our wedding was phenomenal. They kept us organized, informed, and right on track leading up to our planning meeting about a month before the event.

DJ Russ listened to every request, played all of our “must-play” songs, and kept the energy exactly where we wanted it. We had a few weather-related hiccups on our wedding day, but he worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and adapted on the fly to ensure everything still ran smoothly. He was a fantastic MC for the cake cutting, first dances, and reception—and then absolutely crushed it during the dance party. He read the room perfectly and knew exactly when to mix things up to keep the crowd going all night long. We received so many compliments from guests saying things like, “Best wedding DJ I’ve ever heard!” and “He has unreal energy, where did you find him?!”

I cannot recommend DJ Russ at Clife DJ Company enough! He truly made the ending our wedding night perfect and a night we, and our family and friends, will never forget. 10/10 experience!!!

My wife and I contracted Clife DJ Co. (specifically we worked with DJ Erin Brennecke) and we couldn't have asked for a better time. DJ Erin rocked it. She helped cultivate a beautiful night for Liz and I and we could not be anymore thankful for the awesome job you did. Things went incredibly smooth and at no point did we feel any stress. I wanted to take a moment to tell you how impressed we all were with you at my son Lee and his bride Bailey's wedding reception on Saturday at Terry Trueblood. Your set-up was professional and classy and made a great first impression. The way you presented yourself and led the evening as MC was fun, joyful, and done with class and expertise. Blending the slide presentation and videos into the evening speeches and dance was great, and as a career high school and college band director, I really appreciated the quality of your equipment and how the volume was perfect for the dance floor and still allowed for conversations at the tables. As you very well know, the DJ has a huge impact on how well the evening goes, and we were thrilled with how everything went and greatly appreciated your contribution to making it all perfect!

We had the absolute best experience with Clife DJ Company for our wedding—DJ Russ was amazing! From start to finish, the dance floor was packed and the energy was nonstop. I barely left the dance floor all night because it was just that fun! So many of our guests said it felt like a full-on dance party.
Leading up to the wedding, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. We had multiple calls with both Clife and DJ Russ, and they were always available for anything we needed. Brian, with Clife DJ Co, was an absolute rockstar! He adjusted the music according to the crowd and saved all of our preferred songs for when my husband and I were on the dance floor, so we didn’t miss our favorite songs. My husband cannot stop talking about how impressed he was with Brian, and this is coming from the man who did not want to hire a DJ at all! We are so grateful for Brian being a part of making our day perfect.

Dj clife was amazing. Favorite part was the customized portion for the bride and groom to dj and mix a few songs. Definitely worth every penny. To get clife himself if you can, he went all out for us and made the party rock with his team.

HOLY FREAKING MOLY!!! I don't even know where to begin. First of all, I do not write reviews often. But when I am absolutely blown away by a vendor, I have to leave a review! Clife DJ Company by far blew our expectations out of the water. They were so organized with having a planning app to multiple check-ins throughout our wedding planning process. It is evident that they take pride in their business as they have the perfect mixture of professionalism and enthusiasm/fun.

DJ Clife kept our dance floor rocking all. Night. LONG!!! Our friends and family continue to remind us of how awesome the music and vibes were throughout our wedding day. I could not imagine hiring any other company other than this one. On top of that, they surprised us with an amazing video of our day that brought us to tears. They are so innovative and modern.
