From start to finish Clife and his team were some of the best people that we had the pleasure of working with. The line of communication was always open when we needed anything or had any new ideas. They absolutely exceeded our expectations of what we were looking for in a DJ. DJ Clife was worth every single penny we paid and then some! We requested 2 sparklers and the foam glow sticks. Clife brought 4 sparklers, a CO2 cannon and uplighting all over our venue. He was the life of the party! We had so much fun with him and our guests! If we were to do it again, Clife would be my first phone call. -

DJ Clife is the best!! He just helped us with our wedding and was amazing to work with! He knows so much about curating the right energy and creating an event that keeps people engaged and excited. Our guests absolutely loved him! Our shuttle bus was overflowing at the end of the night because so many people stayed. We loved how the songs flowed and how he incorporated our song preferences. The sound system was amazing too! He was able to make 3+ hours of dancing never feel boring or repetitive. Different moments were introduced to keep the night fresh! Leading up to the wedding he was so thoughtful and truly got to know us and what we were looking for in an event. I would 1000% recommend. -

We HIGHLY recommend DJ Russ through Clife DJ Company! Our entire experience—with both the company and DJ Russ himself—was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, incredibly attentive to detail, and truly committed to making our night perfect. The communication leading up to our wedding was phenomenal. They kept us organized, informed, and right on track leading up to our planning meeting about a month before the event.
DJ Russ listened to every request, played all of our “must-play” songs, and kept the energy exactly where we wanted it. We had a few weather-related hiccups on our wedding day, but he worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and adapted on the fly to ensure everything still ran smoothly. He was a fantastic MC for the cake cutting, first dances, and reception—and then absolutely crushed it during the dance party. He read the room perfectly and knew exactly when to mix things up to keep the crowd going all night long. We received so many compliments from guests saying things like, “Best wedding DJ I’ve ever heard!” and “He has unreal energy, where did you find him?!”
I cannot recommend DJ Russ at Clife DJ Company enough! He truly made the ending our wedding night perfect and a night we, and our family and friends, will never forget. 10/10 experience!!! -

I wanted to take a moment to tell you how impressed we all were with you at my son Lee and his bride Bailey's wedding reception on Saturday at Terry Trueblood. Your set-up was professional and classy and made a great first impression. The way you presented yourself and led the evening as MC was fun, joyful, and done with class and expertise. Blending the slide presentation and videos into the evening speeches and dance was great, and as a career high school and college band director, I really appreciated the quality of your equipment and how the volume was perfect for the dance floor and still allowed for conversations at the tables. As you very well know, the DJ has a huge impact on how well the evening goes, and we were thrilled with how everything went and greatly appreciated your contribution to making it all perfect!

We had the absolute best experience with Clife DJ Company for our wedding—DJ Russ was amazing! From start to finish, the dance floor was packed and the energy was nonstop. I barely left the dance floor all night because it was just that fun! So many of our guests said it felt like a full-on dance party.
Leading up to the wedding, the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. We had multiple calls with both Clife and DJ Russ, and they were always available for anything we needed. Their communication was top-notch, which made us feel completely confident that everything would go perfectly—and it did! We also loved using their app to organize our song choices for each part of the day. It was super easy to use and made the planning process simple and stress-free.
One of the highlights was the custom mashup DJ Russ created for my father/daughter dance—it was absolutely incredible and exactly what I had envisioned. So much fun!
We can’t thank Clife DJ Company and DJ Russ enough. We would 100% recommend them to anyone. We truly wish we could relive the day over and over again! -

My husband and I had the pleasure of having Clife as our wedding DJ, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From our very first consultation, Clife made it very clear that he was not the type of DJ to just show up and play a generic playlist. He took the time to get to know us, hear our story, and host an event unique to the two of us.
DJ Clife was able to take our music preferences and keep the crowd on the dance floor all night long. He provided us with an easy to use app to help us with the timeline, allowing for the day to flow smoothly with the perfect song for each special moment.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our choice for our wedding DJ. Clife was truly the life of the party and he went above and beyond anything we could have expected. If I could give any advice to newly engaged couples it would be to invest in your DJ and book with Clife DJ company!! -

Brian, with Clife DJ Co, was an absolute rockstar! He adjusted the music according to the crowd and saved all of our preferred songs for when my husband and I were on the dance floor, so we didn’t miss our favorite songs. My husband cannot stop talking about how impressed he was with Brian, and this is coming from the man who did not want to hire a DJ at all! We are so grateful for Brian being a part of making our day perfect. -

Clife DJ Company exceeded our expectations!! We booked DJ Russ immediately after meeting him at a wedding showcase event. He is professional and delightful; he listened to what we wanted most, and he delivered!! He ensured that our May the 4th be with you wedding featured subtle touches of Star Wars for my nerdy yet adorable husband by remixing Star Wars songs with songs we love and even gifting us lightsabers! We cannot recommend this company enough! -

We highly recommend Clife! Clife provided the music for our Hindu ceremony (including baraat with a dhol drummer), Jewish ceremony, and wedding reception. Many wedding DJ’s are boring and play the same songs. Clife took into account our personal tastes in music and truly listened to what we wanted for our event. He was the life of the party! Everyone at the wedding kept asking where we found our DJ. He is so unique and fun!
Leading up to our wedding, Clife was organized and very communicative. We included some add-ons in our package, including sparklers for our first dance, multiple TVs to show pictures throughout the night, up-lighting, and a video guestbook. Clife truly provides a once in a lifetime experience for your special day. You won’t regret hiring him!

We found DJ Clife Company through our wedding photographer (JW Photography) during our photography consultation when we saw photo examples from our chosen venue that they had done that featured large sparklers -we immediately knew we had to have those for our whimsical, romantic, and enchanting wedding. Once we knew who supplied them and after perusing their website, we realized we’d be getting so much more than just the large sparklers, including a “dancing on a cloud” experience and a fun social booth, so we booked a meeting right away. Clife was very personable and energetic and all-around good vibes. We were sold. Clife also selected the perfect DJ for us, Shawn Holland, that made our day very special and memorable. He managed to take a genre of songs (instrumental anime and videogame covers, Lord of the Rings and fantasy music) that he wasn’t as familiar with (though we appreciated the enthusiasm and being up for the challenge) and seamlessly blended them with more traditional and expected wedding music. My husband also had a list of 80s songs that he really loves but couldn’t imagine where they’d fit in a wedding, and Shawn worked them in perfectly. He kept our guests entertained and informed throughout the evening’s events and made sure we were having the time of our lives, including bringing us up to DJ for part of the night which was exhilarating! If you’re like us and not the “music type” you could completely rely on Shawn to deliver a fun and enjoyable playlist for all parts of your wedding. -

DJ Clife was so helpful. He made our day run so smoothly and we can’t thank him enough for it. He got everyone out on that dance floor and people still can’t stop talking about how great his services were. He’s so personable and really gets to know his couples before the big event by setting up multiple meetings and getting everything right to the last detail. Couldn’t have asked for a better DJ!

Clife really went above and beyond our expectations, not only on our wedding day but every month leading up to it. I was always able to rely on him for a speedy response whenever I had a question. From the rehearsal dinner, to our outdoor wedding ceremony (with his remote set up), to the cocktail hour in the courtyard and into the reception...he was on top of it all. He flawlessly handled all of the location changes. During the planning process, he had us use an app for adding our songs too...this made it so much easier and made us not worry so much about if we were missing something. We got so many compliments on DJ Clife, he brings awesome energy to the party and makes sure to keep people dancing. Such a great experience. -

A Magical Night
What an amazing time. Dj cliffe is truly worth every penny. We decided to go for the whole package for our wedding because it's a once in a life party! The whole experience was easy and professional. We met multiple times and he helped with timelines and made sure to know what we wanted and expected out of a DJ. He went above and beyond, asking guests for requests, opening and pouring some champagne for us as well as cleaning up a large spill on the dance floor and helping me up when I tripped on my dress! I would recommend him time and time again. So many people have since told us how amazing and fun DJ clife made the night.Clife DJ Company's reply:

I’m leaving this review a little over a month since our wedding where we booked DJ Clife. We’ve had some time to talk to, run into, and break down the wedding experience we had with family and guests. I kid you not, Every single person brings up DJ Clife! The professionalism was remarkable, starting from the week we decided to put down our deposit. We had a very large venue space, Clife came and looked at it months in advance to make sure he was prepared day of, we met with him 4 times over zoom planning out each step, special moment, wild ideas we had and he executed perfectly. The amount of energy and fun Clife provided was unreal. Aside from the bride, he literally was the talk of the wedding. Our guests had so much fun and were engaged the entire night thanks to Dj Clife. Out of the 1 million things my wife showed me prior to the wedding saying “I like this” or “I want this”.. booking Dj Clife’s full package, was without a doubt worth every penny and is the first thing I would suggest to any newly engaged couple. If you are lucky enough that Dj Clife has an opening on your big day, book! You and your guests will not be disappointed -

Clife went above and beyond for our event! Extremely professional, on time and worked with us for our special program all throughout the night. His DJ skills were phenomenal and perfect for our crowd and venue. The set up/lights etc were perfect and set the vibe for our space perfectly. Clife did an amazing job. I am so glad we chose him as our wedding DJ because when you invest in Clife DJ Company, you are getting way more than an awesome DJ. Clife acted as an additional day-of coordinator for us. He created a timeline that was extremely helpful and was always there to answer our questions and make sure we knew exactly what to do and when. The music was phenomenal, his emcee abilities are top notch, the uplighting and dancing on a cloud effect (so worth it, by the way!) were beautiful. DJ Clife was a huge part of why our wedding was such a success!! He was organized and helpful leading up to the event, and very responsive to any questions that we had. At the wedding, he was amazing at coordinating with the other vendors, and made sure that the dance floor was full all night!! Clife was such a fun DJ to have for our wedding! Leading up to our event, we were so impressed with his professionalism and willingness to hop on a video call (during Covid) and answer any questions that we had come up. He even contacted our other vendors to arrange a timeline for the day so we, the inexperienced wedding planners, didn't need to do that. We didn't have a day of coordinator for our wedding and Clife definitely stepped up and directly contacted each of our vendors to get things sorted out. Our wedding went so smoothly with virtually no hiccups and I really think this was, in part, because of Clife's meticulous planning efforts beforehand.
Clife also did a great job with the music for our day and kept people on the dance floor all night! We could tell he definitely knows how to read a crowd. His announcements were always so enthusiastic and he always knew the perfect time to make those announcements. Clife is also not the DJ to sit back and just push play on a playlist. He was so involved and was always dancing behind the DJ booth as well! Several of our guests and vendors (who have obviously been to a lot of weddings) came up to us later on in the night and commented what a great DJ he is. We highly recommend DJ Clife for your wedding!

DJ Clife made our wedding SUPER fun from the first moment until the last. He was involved with the guests making sure everyone was enjoying themselves, he check in with my husband and I (the bride & groom) several times throughout the day/evening. I had compliments from all of our guests about our wedding being the BEST wedding they have ever attended due to Clife's performance. He is a true master of his craft and we are so thankful he was available on our special day. It was unforgettable!! We used Clife DJ Company when our original wedding DJ was unable to show reliability or dependability during the planning process, due to COVID-19 related stressors. DJ Clife was extremely responsive, organized and reliable. DJ Brian was our wedding DJ and he did a fantastic job of catering our music to our taste and keeping our dance floor full. It felt like our own private dance club all night long, just for us. DJ Brian played some awesome mixes of our favorite songs, very cool versions we had never heard before. I highly recommend DJ Brian through Clife DJ Company. -

DJ clif was absolutely amazing. He kept tabs with us during the entire wedding planning process to make sure if we had any questions or needed help he was there for us. I like things planned out so when he told us the night before he wanted us to change the order of our cake and dance I was a little leery but he surprised us with dancing on the clouds and sparklers inside during our first day and it's something I will never forget. -

Our wedding was 7-20-19 and DJ Clife was amazing! We loved the fact that he took our first look photo and had it displayed on the dj booth, we were pleasantly surprised. Clife even came to our rehearsal at the venue so we were able to really feel how our special day would be with the live music. Every interaction with him has been thorough and we appreciated it. We live in Texas and had our wedding in Davenport Iowa; It was nice to have a DJ that took the time to know what we like.
