I would have given Claire a much better rating but unfortunately we never received our full gallery from her. When we reached out time and time again, she completely ignored us and even when my husband reached out from his number at first she was responsive thinking he was a new client, and then went completely silent when he revealed who he was. We paid her an extra hour for dinner photos we never received and then were unfairly ignored. We'd tipped her and been kind so I don't see what's a miss, but it seems to be a reoccurring problem for her lately to just ghost people and also not give completed galleries. The photos we did receive we cherish but also had to twist her arm for and I felt some seem even unedited. I feel a little scammed considering our experience and all the recent ones too.

Our experience with Claire as our wedding photographer was deeply disappointing. After months of silence, during which she read our Instagram messages but did not respond, we were left with no choice but to threaten legal action just to receive our wedding photos. After sending a formal letter with our intent to sue, Claire finally replied and provided us with a portion of the photos—approximately four months after the wedding. Sadly, many moments we had looked forward to were missing, including decor shots and several specific photos we had requested. In addition, several of the photos we did receive required editing by a friend to correct noticeable issues, such as bouquets facing the wrong way and awkward angles. Writing this review is disheartening, but I would not recommend hiring Claire.

My sister got married September 2023 and never got her full gallery to this day. She had reached out a few weeks past Claire's deadline and Claire mentioned she was sick and behind since she took on a lot of clients that year.

A couple months later, my sister reached out and got a text filled with attitude and when she and my BIL reached out again, Claire ghosted them.

At first, my sister only had part of her gallery. The tea ceremony and reception. She's still ever so slowly getting her main ceremony, which is the most meaningful to her.

It's frustrating to see other brides experiencing the same thing while Claire is still taking on clients.

quality of service (3/5) - rating her 3/5 because my sister genuinely loves her work so I'm being generous on this one

responsiveness (1/5) - ghosted my sister and apparently other clients too

professionalism (1/5) - lack of responsiveness and technically breached her contract. she also was late to the tea ceremony event the day of the wedding

value (1/5) - it would be 0/5 if I can rate it like that. It's frustrating because my sister flew her down from Oregon to Cali so she paid more for flight and accommodation

flexibility (1/5) - don't know how she was but still gonna rate her 1/5 because she's a scammer

Hiring Claire is the only regret I have from my wedding. She struggled with lighting, communication, time management, and gave me so many empty promises. By the end, we had to start a legal process to get our photos. I would never recommend her.
