Wow, words cannot describe how lucky we were to find Christina Molina Photography (formerly Christina Sours). From the moment we jumped on a call with her prior to booking, we knew that she had to be the one to photograph our wedding. She immediately made us feel at ease and like we were just talking to an old friend. It only got better from there. Christina was accessible and accommodating for over a year during our planning process. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience and helped us pick a location for our engagement shoot, work on timeline for the big day and was even able to pivot and add shoot time just days before the wedding when we realized we wanted more photos. Her second shooter was also incredibly kind and professional. We are not models and yet Christina quickly got us comfortable in front of the camera and made us look amazing, as well as authentically capturing our love. I highly recommend doing an engagement shoot with her, too because by the time wedding day came, I knew it was going to be nothing shy of phenomenal! She is amazing about sending sneak peeks and previews so we can quickly relive both the engagement shoot and wedding day. We got our full album a month after the wedding and are obsessed with every single image. She was even able to get a photo of all of our guests throughout the day (and we had over 200!) and not miss a single moment or detail that we had mentioned. We would highly recommend Christina Molina Photography and feel like we not only had a professional photographer to capture our day but made a friend that was able to celebrate with us! Christina was so, so fun to work with. We had a somewhat unconventional engagement and were planning an unconventional wedding, and Christina was excited to roll with anything we put on the calendar! We loved the bright, colorful photos in her portfolio, and were so happy to see our own photos in the same palette.

We did an engagement session with her a few months before the wedding and had a blast. We aren’t used to getting photos taken and she gave us great direction, and got us used to being in front of the lens very quickly.

On our big day, Christina was super communicative and was right on time to our venue. She was great with our vendors and guests who had a ton of fun posing for her, as well as capturing tons of candids. Christina is an artist. She captures magic. My wedding day was so joyful and fun and Christina was able to encapsulate that feeling in our photos so that we can relive the day forever. When I went looking for a photographer, I knew I wanted someone with a unique and vibrant style. Someone who really leaned into the natural beauty and authentic joy. My vision was not even close to what Christina delivered. She exceeded all expectations. The added bonus was that Christina was just an incredible human. Everyone who interacted with her loved her. Christina went above and beyond for us during both our engagement shoot and wedding day!
On top of being an amazing photographer, she helped coordinate SO MUCH during our special day. With her detailed timeline (which we worked together on making) she was very very tentative to keeping things going while still remaining flexible! I never felt rushed with her and it felt more like I had a photographer, coordinator, and friend wrapped all-in-one!
Throughout the whole process, from before the engagement shoot to after the wedding, Christina stayed in contact and was very tentative to not only our many questions but also our wishes and random notes we came up with! Christina was by far our most helpful vendor. My husband and I had a lot to learn about planning a wedding and Christina walked us through every detail with professionalism and deep knowledge of the process. On the day of our wedding, Christina's energy was amazing. She was sensitive to complex family relationships while also being great at wrangling everyone for photos. WOW! Christina absolutely blew us away with her wedding photography experience! From our first planning meeting, to the day of the wedding, Christina was extremely organized and had an amazing creative eye/vision. We felt super prepared leading up to our wedding day thanks to her guidance around creating a shot list, event timeline, and what to bring for detail photos. The day of the wedding, she was a pro at making sure we stayed on our wedding day timeline and wrangling all of our family and friends for portraits, while keeping the photo sessions super fun, fast and upbeat. All of our guests LOVED her and kept saying how comfortable she made them feel, even our most photo-shy guests! She delivered photos for us within a few days so we could share a few wedding teaser shots, and the rest of the photos had a quick editing turnaround as well. The pictures are all so beautiful, we love them all! When we first reached out to Christina in search of a wedding photographer we knew from the start she was on top of her game. She set up a 30min consultation to walk us through a couple of her portfolios, the aesthetics she uses and how she would help keep us on schedule in all of the wedding day activities. What we talked about in her consultation held true throughout the entire wedding process as she showed us what a true professional she was. She was always willing to lend suggestions, answer any questions and provide thoughtful ideas on how to make our special day so memorable.

When we first reached out to Christina, she set up a virtual meet and greet for us to chat with her. Right as the call ended, we knew had picked the right photographer and we booked her right away. Christina was transparent, great at communicating with us, and super helpful along the way. She made it easy to also book our engagement shoot.
