Chopin Mon Ami was wonderful! They made sure we got exactly what we wanted and that it would fit into our budget! We used them for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception and the food got rave reviews! The staff was fantastic and very attentive to all of the guests. Judy helped both nights and helped immensely with making sure everything ran smoothly!

We had a great experience working with Todd and the rest of his staff. We were a COVID wedding and not only did they help us in anyway they could throughout the process, they provided professional and safe services the day of. Instead of using one of their already provided packages, we created our own menu. They were so easy to work with and made any changes to the food we requested. They made this part of the process of a breeze.

I absolutely LOVED these guys!! Todd was so great, he not only catered our wedding, but he and his team flipped our ceremony room into our reception. He oversaw every single detail to give me the wedding of my dreams! Their food was so delicious, from their tasting to wedding night and I actually looked forward to eating it from the moment I first tasted it! I first tried Todd’s food at a friend’s wedding he was catering, and I fell in love at first bite (those mashed potatoes!) So much so that I hired him for my own wedding! He even created special appetizers for my Jamaican themed cocktail hour as a nod to my husband’s family. It was a huge hit! I absolutely recommend Todd and his team!

Todd and Judy were amazing! Right from the start we were impressed. The tasting was like nothing I had ever seen. We’re talking a full on meal. They answered any and all questions and gave their opinion on what they thought but ultimately wanted to make sure we were happy. The food was amazing,we had the fajitas, and we are still being told how delicious the food was. They even packed us up some left overs to take with us to have later that evening. Great experience!

Todd and his team were amazing to work with; they made us feel very comfortable during a stressful time and provided delicious options at a very competitive price. We ordered the bruschetta, phyllo cup canapes, Tuscan Chicken and Gumbo Stuffed Chicken with salad, green beans and mashed potatoes. They also handled our cake cutting and bar service. Our guests were very impressed with both the food and the service (including my sister who is a manager in the hospitality industry!)

The food was so good. Company is great to work with and all the servers and captains at the wedding were spectacular. They go above and beyond to make sure the bride and groom are comfortable and taken care of. We got a lot of compliments on the food, even had vegetarians trying the meat :)

If you are looking for a caterer in the Galveston area, Todd with Chopin Mon Ami is your guy! Choosing Chopin Mon Ami was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. From first contact, Todd put us at ease with his experience and laid back attitude. In fact, after having trouble setting up a rehearsal dinner at local restaurants, we had Chopin Mon Ami cater not only our wedding, but also our rehearsal dinner. The food we had at both was five star quality. People are still talking about how great the food was! (You have to try the Cajun stuffed chicken!) The truth is that Todd did a lot more than cater our wedding. He has catered every venue in Galveston and he knows what works and what doesn't. He even helped me design the table layout for the venue, provided table settings and linens, and even gave me advice on good DJs in the area. His helpfulness and professionalism carried through to the rest of his staff as well. I couldn't be happier we chose him and Chopin Mon Ami for our rehearsal dinner and our wedding.

Our experience with Todd at Chopin Mon Ami was great. He always responded to my emails right away and answered any questions I had, no matter how ridiculous or paranoid I was being. I was super nervous about the big day and he always reassured me to help me relax. The day-of came and I was completely blown away by everything the staff did. They went over and beyond to make the day go smoothly. I really didn't expect that much from them, but I was very pleased. All of the staff were very professional and helpful. The bartender was a hit with everyone and very friendly and funny. I'm so glad and grateful they made our big day great in every way possible!
