I really wanted a chocolate fountain at our reception and Gerra and Mike did a FABULOUS job! They were very professional, flexible (as I wanted them a little longer than the standard 2 hours) and polite. The chocolate fountain was a beautiful display beside our cookie table and we received alot of compliments on how great it was! Mike and Gerra are fantastic and AFFORDABLE!!

We have been very pleased with the services and as a result have used them for the last several years! Their team has been wonderful from start to finish....
we had nothing to do except enjoy the benefits of their chocolate fountain.

Beautiful presentation with personalized service!

I would highly recommend the Chocolate Fountain Heaven for anyone to use their services. The presentation was wonderful and the staff was very professionalism.

My biggest issue with the service was the employees who worked the event. They were unpleasant to the attendee's of my event, ate the food off of the table when we paid $600+ for the service, They ate the food off of the table in front of guests and even though they wore gloves for sanitation they would text on their phone (and eat) while wearing those same gloves. They stood there while we unloaded their entire car and then seemed annoyed that we didn't help them clean up, again after paying 600+ for the service. While they were "attending" the fountain, they didn't smile or chat kindly with anyone and came off as mean and aggressive to the guests. They also ate the food from the table, again, this is food that we paid for guests to eat. The male employee also kept aimlessly walking around the event space going into different rooms and wasn't even assisting the woman at the table. It made guests uncomfortable because it was an unknown person just walking around. While the chocolate fountain is cool, I would have rather bought one off of Amazon and saved myself a TON of money instead of having an overpriced service from an unprofessional company.
