My sister works here, so it may be a conflict of interest for me to review it, but I am reviewing all of my vendors and I feel it would be unfair not to review them as well.
My sister LL (Lauren) did my hair, my mom's hair, my 87-year old grandma's hair, and two of my bridesmaids' hair at home.
She, as well as three of my bridesmaids got their hair done at the salon by two different stylists - Colleen and Onita.
All of the bridesmaids got different up-dos. Some had braids, some had curls, some had buns, etc. I had my hair half up, half down and in curls. My mother had her hair curled and my grandma had her short hair in tight curls.
The hair only took 30 - 45 minutes each and lasted from the morning when we got it done (6 - 11 am) all day long until the reception was over at 11 p.m. It still lasted after that, but I took a shower and washed it out. The hair came out beautiful in pictures and between the bobby pins and the hair spray, I didn't have to worry about it coming undone. None of the girls did. It looked very pretty and natural too, which was the look we were going for, since it was a beach wedding.
One of my girls also got her make-up done at the salon for $45, which came out very nice. I highly recommend this salon - not just my sister, of course, but all of the stylists used because they all did a wonderful job and were very accommodating.
