Chimayo Mexican Grill is my new favorite place to eat when I'm up in the Silverthorne/Dillion area. The food is fresh and delicious. All of my guests enjoyed it!

Fair warning: this review is about horrible service.

On the menu and website, they indicate they take call in orders. I called to make the order and they said they don't do call-in orders. Fine, so we go in. I walk up and warn them it's a big order, so they know what to expect.

I start ordering burritos/tacos/chips and I get CONTINUAL eye rolls from the employee. He sighs and makes it incredibly clear that we are inconveniencing him. I told him that we tried to avoid it by calling in, which would have made it easier on everyone. The eye rolls and sighs continued. We even bought 3 margaritas while we waited, because we knew it was a large order. So not only did we bring in a huge amount of business, but we bought pricey alcohol on top of it. The way this employee handled us as paying customers was incredibly rude and not a way to treat people in general, but especially customers.

There was an older gentleman who was nicer and said he would accommodate anything we wanted. Our orders came out disheveled and mislabeled. Very unprofessional and immature.
