The advice people gave my fiancé and I once we got engaged was to get a wedding planner. We will give all engaged couples the same advice but even better...get Love and Life Events to help you plan your dream wedding. It was the best decision and investment we made that helped us save time, avoid unnecessary stress, and allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day.

My fiancé and I had opposite schedules so there was no way we could plan a wedding on our own. We also didn't know where to begin! My cousin recommended LVLF Events and we booked our initial consultation with Chiell.

Chiell has a very warm and welcoming personality. On our initial call, she took time to get to know us and dove right in on recommending wedding visions and venues that fit what we wanted! On our first call! We knew she was the one and moved forward with full wedding planning services (It is worth it!).

Chiell and her team planned our dream wedding from beginning to end. We told her our vision for our wedding day, and they recommended venues that fit that description. They found venues for us, scheduled venue tours, obtained quotes for all our vendors (DJ, Photography/Videography, Hair/Makeup, Live Bands, Florals etc.) and helped us stay within our budget. They did all the booking stuff for us which made it so easy. They even offered advice to help us save some money. We also had monthly calls to go over the next steps or review any vendors we need to make decisions on.

They lead our wedding rehearsal and were very organized in getting everyone together. On the day of our wedding all I can say is that my fiancé and I didn't have to do a thing but show up, look good lol, practice our vows and be present on the wedding day of our dreams. The LVLF Team took care of everything. They created our wedding day timeline, managed all of our vendors, set up our tables cards/table numbers/signage, and took care of both my fiance and I by making sure we were eating, drinking, and having a fun time. There are probably so many things we are missing from this list, but it just goes to show they will be on top of every detail on your wedding day so you can enjoy it and savor each moment. The day does go by so fast! Yes, it's just one day, but its the BEST day of your life and you want to enjoy each moment instead of worrying about wedding details throughout the day.

Lastly, we want to add that the week before the wedding Chiell checked in on us and reminded us we were in good hands. It's very true! The LVLF Team will take good care of you. They are passionate about their job and make sure your day goes smoothly and better than what you expect. It was best decision we ever made! Our wedding day was one of the BEST days of our lives and we thank the LVLF Team for being our wedding planners, wedding coordinators, cheerleaders, hype-team, and so much more.

We personally did not use the provided Aisle Planner account to its fullest capability (Google Sheets ftw!), however it would have been a great tool since it has everything you need to keep organized, and more. The planning process was seamless, thanks to the team’s attention to detail and creative ideas. Every element, from the little decor decisions to the coordination of the event, was executed with precision and care.

On the day of the wedding, the team was on top of everything, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We were able to fully enjoy our day without worrying about any of the logistics.

Emily and her LVLF crew are seriously the best!!! We hired Emily and her crew for same day services/planning for our wedding day and they did not disappoint at all! From our very first meeting, Emily was on top of everything - from communicating with me/vendors as well as organizing literally everything from our timeline to making sure that my husband and I had food waiting for us in our hotel room AFTER our wedding!! Trust me when I say that I was SO relieved when I saw Emily and her team on the wedding day. The morning of the wedding was so stressful but everything went so smoothly after they showed up. She even made sure to hold onto our phones so we wouldn't lose it! My ONLY regret is not hiring her SOONER, thinking that I could handle most things on my own.
