Do not use this caterer. I would have given zero stars if it was an option. Admittedly, this review is long overdue. We used this caterer for our wedding over a year ago and so many things went wrong. We ordered bar service with a specific bar setup - they brought the wrong setup. They brought a barn door for a classy, non-rustic wedding. Fortunately, at the whim, I grabbed spare fabric used for other wedding decor when we left our house that morning and was able to use it to cover the door. The bartender, who apparently was a last-minute replacement, didn't know how to open wine bottles. Our guests had to show him. The tables didn't have any water ready for our guests. Our guests apparently had to ask repeatedly for water. They didn't include a specific appetizer we requested. They brought the wrong potato side. We were really looking forward to some roasted gold yukon potatoes - they brought scalloped potatoes. Totally different. THEY WERE LATE PREPARING THE FOOD. And, we were charged for two additional hours of bar service that never occurred because the reception ended earlier than we anticipated. Of course, we tried contacting the caterer multiple times to work out some sort of reasonable refund for the undelivered/wrong food and extra hours of bar service at a minimum (should have been at least $1,000 refund). We received one email saying the check was sent out. I triple-confirmed our mailing address and never received the check. I again, contacted the vendor letting them know we did not receive the refund. They claim they cancelled the previous check and reissued a new one. I again confirmed our mailing address, which had not changed, and to this day we have still not received a refund. I will never use this caterer again or visit their restaurant in town and I will always recommend my friends and family use someone else. They aren't even reasonably priced. They wowed us with their tasting and then did a horrible job after they got their money.
