Chicago Catz made our wedding an UNFORGETTABLE celebration!! Their performance was nothing short of exceptional; their energy and stamina were incredible, keeping the dance floor alive all night long. They were not only talented but also extremely accommodating, seamlessly incorporating our song requests into their setlist.

Richie, in particular, was instrumental in ensuring everything ran smoothly. His expertise and attention to detail added a special touch to the entire experience. The band's enthusiasm and dedication truly shone through, making every penny spent well worth it.

Even now, long after the wedding, our guests are still raving about the Chicago Catz. The live band elevated the atmosphere and made our day incredibly special. We couldn't have asked for a better musical ensemble to celebrate with us. THANK YOU Chicago Catz for doing the damn thing and making our wedding an absolute blast!

I was beyond thrilled when the Catz told me they were free for our wedding (they book up fast!). Their reputation precedes them and I can confirm they are an amazingly talented band. Additionally, it was so nice working with Richie who was prompt in communication and always willing to answer all our questions. As a seasoned professional, he knew how to make sure our wedding reception ran smoothly. He even took extra time to work with my brother ahead of the big day so we could play Greek music during the band break and had back up CD versions of our playlist made just in case the aux cord failed us. The night went off without any technical difficulties and the dance floor stayed full & lively. Would highly recommend.

Wow...WOw...WOW!!! That's what comes to mind when thinking of how amazing the Chicago Catz were at our wedding in September '25.

Working with them was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding. From the very beginning, the communication with Richie was outstanding — he responded quickly to every text and email and made everything so easy. Richie even came to our venue walk-through in person, asked all the right questions, and made sure every technical and logistical detail was covered before the big day. His professionalism and attention to detail immediately put us at ease. One of the most meaningful moments of our entire night was our first dance. The band learned a song that my late uncle wrote and recorded over 30 years ago — a song called All Ways. We only had one old recording, no sheet music, yet they somehow brought it to life in the most beautiful way imaginable. The Chicago Catz added their own personal touches while still honoring the original, and it was absolutely magical. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room — our family and friends were all in tears. It was a moment we’ll never forget. Beyond that, the band’s musicality and stage presence were just incredible. Every member of The Chicago Catz brought so much energy and talent to the stage — the vocals, harmonies, and instrumentals were flawless. They kept the dance floor packed all night long and had this amazing ability to read the crowd and keep the energy perfect. Their performance felt personal and electric, like a concert made just for us. We also loved how flexible and fun they were — they even performed a few ABBA songs at our request that weren’t originally on their setlist, and they completely nailed them. Between their professionalism, talent, and genuine warmth, The Chicago Catz were everything we could’ve hoped for and more. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them. THANK YOU!!!!

The BEST experience ever. From the first conversation to the event, the Catz team was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better band for our wedding! They were incredibly professional, easy to work with, and so much fun. They went out of their way to ensure our night was amazing. Their energy was contagious — they absolutely rocked and kept everyone on the dance floor all night! We’ve had so many guests tell us how amazing the music was and how much they enjoyed the performance. If you’re looking for a band that truly delivers and makes your night unforgettable, this is the one!

The Chicago Catz are an awesome band for any event. They performed at my daughter's wedding reception in Chicago in September. A 3 piece band performed during dinner and an 11 piece band during the 3 hour dancing part. Most of the attendees stayed during the entire 3 hours and LOVED it. The band was easy to work with and sent a lengthy list of songs that they can do. They also will take up to 5 requests for other songs if provided in advance. They said that the best performances were when the band could "read the room". Trust them. It is true. I can’t recommend them enough. Book them!

It would be impossible to overstate the gift to our family of Ritchie and the Chicago Catz. Ritchie is one of those rare humans in the wedding industry who truly cares, gets personally involved and is deeply invested in the details and outcome of the ceremony and reception. Richie consistently went the extra mile for our daughter's wedding in western Michigan. His creativity led to incredible sound quality of the microphones and speakers during the ceremony. We were also blessed to have the Catz's vocalists singing during the ceremony. They were next level amazing and profoundly elevated the service and vows. With the full band at the reception we were all on cloud nine. Our guests were losing their minds at the unbelievable vocalists, amazing band and phenomenal play list. We dream of having another reason to work with the Chicago Catz. They are the absolute best. Mic drop.

The Chicago Catz were absolutely outstanding at our wedding! They kept everyone on the dance floor the entire time and even let my husband and I up on the stage to sing with them. So many guests told us they were the best band they’d ever heard, and we completely agree!

Of all our vendors, the band received the most compliments from our guests—everyone was raving about how amazing they were. Not only are they incredibly talented musicians, but they also went above and beyond with every detail we requested. A great example of their thoughtfulness was when Richie, the band leader, took the time on our final call to ask about the pronunciation of my maid of honor’s last name, ensuring the announcement during her speech was perfect. It’s small, thoughtful touches like that which really made them stand out. The Chicago Catz truly helped make our day unforgettable, and we couldn’t recommend them more!

The Chicago Catz made our wedding the absolute BEST NIGHT of our lives. They are unbelievably talented, kind, energetic, great to work with, and created an evening SO fun and memorable that we’ve been hearing about how great it was for weeks. I knew I wanted to have a really lively dance floor and the Catz DELIVERED. Every generation was out there, banger after banger. I am so grateful for all their time and help with planning the ceremony music, cocktail hour, and of course the reception. My husband and I are beyond thrilled with our experience with the Catz and would recommend them to everyone. If you are considering a band for your wedding book the Catz. Just do it. Get ready for the best night of your life!!!
