Everything about Chelo's was great. The food, was good, except a few guests mentioned that the Pork Chops were either too dry, or too fatty. The stuffed chicken and the pot roast were amazing though.

The coordinator would reply to every email very promptly. they were very accommodating as far as payments, (could not charge a certain amount to my debit card, so they accepted a check instead). The only reason why I gave 4 stars for flexibility is because the first coordinator I had spoken with told me if I needed to have my ceremony inside, (in case of rain) it would be perfectly okay, and they would take care of me. The next coordinator that took over had not been told this, and told me we would need to rearrange my whole night, and would push my ceremony time back an hour, which meant I would lose reception time.

She told me I needed to tell her 2 days before by 12 noon if I was going to move the ceremony indoors, because she needed to let the staff know. I am sure that's true, and can totally understand that, but everyone knows that New England weather is very unpredictable. Anyway, my instinct told me to take the chance and keep it outside, and I did and it was BLUE SKIES!!!

One more thing, was Chelo's sent me a floor plan. I did my seating chart according to the way they had their tables set up. When I got to the reception I saw some family and friends that I wanted close to me all the way in the corner because they didn't set up the tables the way they had showed on the floor plan. I wasn't happy with that, but oh well. Everything else was spot on, and I would definitely do business with Chelo's again. My guests LOVED the venue because after there was a band outside, and they had the firepits going, so we took the party down there!!!!!

All in all, we had a great time! Great food, great servers, great bartenders, everything was awesome!
