Chef Flemming and his team made our wedding cakes, and we could not have been happier. Val was our cake decorator and did a fantastic job. The cake itself was delicious and our guests raved about how good it was, and loved having different flavors on different tiers. My mother is from Denmark, and surprised us by having Chef Flemming create a traditional Danish wedding cake (kransekage) as well, which added a unique and special surprise for us! We highly recommend and will be back!

I think I made the right decision about having all the cake in a "dessert station" and cutting the cake as soon as possible for guests to enjoy. The reason I say that is because many of my guests said that they had at least 2 or 3 pieces of cake!!! Some went so far to say that it was the best wedding cake they have ever had.

I love Chef Flemming's. Chef makes a traditional Danish Lagkage which is AMAZING. Chef and his wife were such a pleasure to work with. I spoke with them about 11 months before the wedding and Chef took a look at some of the ideas I was looking for and gave me an idea of how much the cake would cost. He told me to come back about 3 months before the wedding so we could finalize everything. I just brought in a picture of what I was looking for and told them what colors my wedding theme was and the end result was classy, chic and incredibly tasty!

My husband and I got a major steal with this cake, especially since we had to feed 330 guests. Chef Flemming's is incredibly affordable and does not try to gauge you for more money. They are an honest bake shop and their cake is so good! Some of my friends had to take the leftover cake for us and were fighting over it the next morning. I think that's a good sign! If you don't mind driving all the way to Water Street ( I drove about 22 miles just to have them do our cake), I'm telling you it's worth every penny!!!!! Your guests will love you!

This is the best kept secret in Las Vegas, Chef Flemings cakes are delicious we had 4 separate cakes in different sizes and each cake was a different flavor. We had Red Velvet, Chocolate Kahlua, Lemon and the small cake for us to cut on our Anniversary is Amaretto. My guests loved the cake and we had plenty of cake left over, I showed Chef Fleming a picture of the cake I liked he put his twist on it and the cake was gorgeous. I worked with the Chef over the phone and traveled to Henderson in June to meet with him, we met his wife and they both were such lovely people. He takes his craft very seriously, not to mention his pricing is really very economical. I would recommend Chef Fleming to any bride wanting a great cake.

Chef Flemmings Bakeshop created an amazing wedding cake for me at an incredible price. I found a picture of my dream cake on a website and I emailed it over to Chef Flemming and asked if he could replicate it. Not only did he replicate it, he made sure to check in with me every step of the way so the cake turned out exactly how I imagined it (color/height/etc). Additionally, the cake (strawberry shortcake with fresh strawberries and whipped cream) wasn't just beautiful, it was delicious! All of our guests raved about it. Finally, the cost of the cake was 1/2 of what other, more well-known bakeries in town quoted us and I can't imagine that anyone else would have created our wedding cake with more care. Leave your cake in Chef Flemming's hands and you will not regret it.

My only complaint about my wedding cake from Chef Flemming--it stole my thunder! As soon as my guests tasted it, they went from raving about my gown to raving about the cake LOL! The price was extremely reasonable, delivery was prompt, and the cake and cookies I ordered for my wedding reception were simply gorgeous.

Most importantly, everything tasted wonderful! I am still receiving compliments on the cake--not too sweet, great flavors and fillings, and just the right amount of icing. I could not have been happier with Chef Flemming or my cake and I highly recommend visiting his bakery and ordering for your next special event.

Chef Flemming is well known for his Danish bakery. I had heard of his delious bakery treats, and then found out he also makes wedding cakes. Not only was he was reasonably priced, he had the best cake. We had a white and chocolate marble with bavarian cream and fresh strawberries. We also had a lemon cake with lemon filling, that was amazing. People still are asking us about the cake, needless to say many people had multiple slices. Chef Flemming is very relaxed and puts you at ease, no stress! I would highly recommend him.

Chef Fleming helped us out of a bind when our first cake vendor fell through a few weeks before the wedding. Recommended to us by a family member, Chef Fleming worked with us to get a tasting done to appease my mother and got a beautiful cake delivered to our vendor with three flavors that was absolutely wonderful. Cheers to the Chef! On top of that, his prices were extraordinary. Quality of many other bakeries in town without the high price.
