Cheers was outstanding. Specifically, Carolyn Baer was a star in all respects. She has extraordinarily creative ideas and impeccable taste. She designed our entire menu, from tray-passed hors d'oevres to three different food stations to signature drinks, and we loved it all! Beyond the excellent quality of the food, Cheers' service was unparalleled. Even when my father-in-law told about 100 of his guests to get food all at once -- despite having been told that each table would be tapped at given times -- Cheers managed to keep things under control and rolling. Carolyn was phenomenal in taking care of us. Unlike most other couples who don't eat at their weddings, we were so full because Carolyn arranged for servers to keep bringing us plates of food! I highly recommend Cheers, especially Carolyn Baer.
